If you come to Sligo..Fabios is a must, with the most amazing combinations of gelato to try, you will surely be back for more.

Fantastic Ice cream and the owner is a true character. I grab an ice cream there every now and then and he always has something new to try.

After strolling through town, we stumbled upon Fabio's, and decided to treat ourselves to gelato. There were interesting flavors to chose from, and the quality was excellent.

This is a quaint little ice- creamery in the heart of Sligo town, probably the best ice cream I have tasted, all the good stuff runs out quick because it's made fresh daily. They also do like an ice cream coffee ( don't ask me ) try it for yourself it's a strange one but I liked it very much... More

Myself and two friends (stupidly) got a two scoop tub of Fabio's ice cream last Saturday. We went for Irish stout & brown bread and the Pistachio nut flavour. I don't why we didn't all get one each cos it was so delicious we were bickering over it and grabbing spoons off each other! The best ice cream I've ever... More

Stopped for a coffee and ice cream and wasn't disappointed. Owner great fun and passionate about the ice cream he makes and serves. The Florence flavour the best. Would go again. All good.

Me and my son go here EVERY Saturday and look forward to our visit immensely! The latte is definitely the best in the world and absolutely perfect every time, and the home made ice-cream is to die for, there is a flavour for every taste imaginable. Fabio himself is a little diamond! He makes every visit memorable by remembering all... More

The only thing Fabio's can't do, is make bad ice cream! There has been nothing here, that I didn't like, whether it was orange and mango sorbet, bulls blood ice cream, banoffee pie or just plain ole vanilla, it always tastes sublime! 5/5 and I'd advise any one who's in Sligo to visit for sure!

Come here every so often since it was founded. Always been a wonderful experience from the delightful owner to the fantastic ice cream. Fabios offers a wide selection of ice creams and some dairy free also which is handy. Aside from the 'gelato' there is the pizza which I would recommend and a selection of ciabattas. Have been very pleased... More

Fabio's is a real find; it is a small (4 seats, max) cafe/ice cream parlour where you can order a delicious pizza, drink a cup of good quality organic coffee or sample some of the very tempting home-made gelatos. The flavours change often are always interesting, imaginative combinations. The atmosphere is cosy and warm and Fabio himself is chatty and... More
