Visited here after hearing multiple good reports and recommendations. Lived up to and exceeded expectations. I had the oysters and lamb, my partner had soup and duck. Everything was delicious, and perfectly cooked. Despite feeling satisfied we couldn't leave without trying a chocolate delice dessert which we shared and was lovely. Service was good also, good wine recommendation, not pushy... More

I love when a place lives up to expectations & even surpasses them ... & this is one of those places. It was recommended to us & we then read the reviews & were expecting something special & that is exactly what we got. A beautiful evening where you were made to feel special & everything was beautifully presented, tasted... More

Went here in September for a friends birthday the food was amazing the best of quality and the service was outstanding very attentive staff! I know the owners wife her niece is a great friend of mine so I will most definitely return for some of their great classic French cuisine 👍

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a good restaurant tucked away in a quiet corner of Sligo . Excellent food and wine choice proved a value for money experience. One we will definitely go back to and recommend.

Everything about this restaurant is top class 1. Food, classic French cooking at it's best 2. Service, attentive and with a smile, we were a large group and unfortunately in a hurry 3.Wine, The best selection, quality and value for money that I've seen in Ireland. I love this restaurant, we ordered the set €36 set menu, the food was absolutely amazing and the severing's were very generous. The waiting staff were very attentive, offered good recommendations for example my partner was going to order sides, he was not aware they came with the dishes, instead of letting him do so the waiter advised that he... My partner and I visited Sligo recently and ate at Montmartre. The first thing that surprised us was that it is not located in Sligo town centre, but on the edge of the town in a modern development of apartments/ townhouses. Bit disappointed by that, as for me the restaurant name conjures up an image of a pretty bistro in... More

This is an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy a leisurely meal with excellent service. The meal is an evening out in itself, nothing is rushed but at no time do you feel that you want to hurry things along. We were given time to relax with an excellent Sauvignon Blanc and to study the relatively short menu. Starters of... More

Being French, I don't usually do French restaurant. This was absolutely amazing. Good location just 5 min walk from Hyde Bridge. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. The portion are quite big and you won't leave this place hungry. The food was out of this world and there is a great wine to complement the food. Expect 'long time' between... More
