I had a 3 course dinner with my boyfriend obn a busy saturday night during month of November. Delicious food, well presented, friendly staff. Included nice touches such as complementary selection of breads (inc brown bread with seaweed) and tapenade. I would most definitely return and recommend to anyone who appreciates well prepared food. I would rate this restaurant 9/10 for the food but for the overall experience only a 6/10. I'm deducting the points for 1 reason - I really dislike having plastic covers & disposable napkins - especially on a Saturday night. Ok for lunch but Never for dinner. Our Starters were both excellent dishes full of flavour and well presented: pig... More

What a gem hidden in a little side street of the main street in Westport. Cosy restaurant with excellent food and staff here go that extra mile. We had the Early Bird which consists of 3 courses for €24.95. Everything is prepared fresh & all produced is sourced locally. After we had finished our desserts, the waiter arrived with little... We ate here on a Friday night, it wasn't overly busy but there was a flow of people all night. The food was excellent especially the starter of salmon & black pudding. The seaweed pasta was delicious and really light for pasta. The cheese plate had a great selection and some really nice chutney, well worth a taste. The only... More

Ate at An Port Mor last night and we were so glad we could get a table on a busy Saturday night. Homemade breads with olive tapenade arrived before two great starters: pig cheeks and black pudding in apple & vanilla sauce, and mushrooms stuffed w crab meat with a cheese sauce. Seafood special for mains was fresh and delicious... More

Went here with my partner on New Years Eve last year and the place is stunning. We arrived for our sitting at 9pm and the waiter informed us our table was not ready yet and to go off and have a drink somewhere and they would call us, which I thought was a bit strange but didn't mind having a... From the moment you arrive till the time you depart you know that you are special and that the service would be great. My expectation of the restaurant was not great before i got there but it really exceeded my expectation. Portion size was really generousness and marked all the right boxes for taste, texture and overall presentation...... THE only... More
