We had tried to eat here before without a reservation but it was fully booked, so the next time I was in Westport I was eager to go back and I am certainly glad we did! The staff were extremely friendly, and very accommodating when we changed the time of our meal and, the fact it was my boyfriend's birthday,... More

My husband and I had a great meal here while on a recent break to Westport. I had read good reviews and they certainly didn't disappoint. We opted for the fish dishes (cajun prawns and seafood cocktail to start and the plaice stuffed with crab and monkfish with scallops for mains. For dessert we had profiteroles and cheesecake). All 3 courses... More

Recommended by our driver as a great place to eat. He was right the food was fantastic! Waitress was friendly. I had the crab claws and shrimp with rice. Would have it again if i was to come back to Westport.

I ate here on a Saturday night with my girlfriend. The restaurant was fully booked with several people turned away on the night so a reservation seems essential. I had a black pudding and scallop starter which was delicious. I had plaice stuffed with crab meat for main course which was lovely but badly let down by poor potatoes and... More

We called in on a whim early on a Friday evening and the staff welcomed regardless of having no booking; I've since heard we were incredibly lucky to get in like that so I advise prebooking if you can. The atmosphere was lovely. The food was amazing, incredible menu with flavours excellently executed. Can't recommend enough! For white wine the... More

if you visit Westport, be sure to prebook a meal in Mango's. A small, intimate restaurant at the top of Bridge Street, Mango's is, in my opinion, the best seafood restaurant in the town. But also the friendliest, most welcoming restaurant in Westport, a town bursting at the seams with excellent restaurants. The owner and staff are brilliant with young... More

We have just been for a meal at Mangos. It was a wonderful experience. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, especially Kate ! The vegetarian options were delicious. My husband loved the starter of 6 oysters and thought his main, scallops and monkfish, was the best fish dish he's ever had ! We would without a doubt recommend this... More

Went to mango with my family. Had the scallop and black pudding for starter which was fantastic. My wife and mother in law had the warm cajun chicken salad which i ate half of and it was lovely aswell. Main course i had the best seafood curry of all time. Loads of seafood, and a flavour was spot on, spicy... More
