I ate here last night (and have done so for years!). It's located outside of the town of Drogheda but it's worth the journey. Staff are really pleasant, the food is excellent, good value and the portions are big. I will definitely return.

As a tourist, this place was not at the top of my to-do-list when it came to choosing which foodie experience to savour on my travels. It was strongly (and by that I mean strongly) recommended by my guests who said nothing negative about it. Arrived on a Sunday evening to find it mobbed, it always is apparently. That was... More

What a gem of a place this restaurant is, we dined here on a weds evening, we were the first diners of the evening, we were greeted with the lovely raging fire. The young waitress was lovely, we pondered on the menu, which doesn't have loads of choice but that isn't a bad thing. I had mushrooms to start, my... More

Whilst on my annual trip to Ireland,we decided on The Triple House for dinner due to its excellent reputation for superb food and value for money. The open fire was a welcome sight on such a cold night, giving us all time to heat up and order our drinks before being escorted into the cosy dinning room Very surprised to find every... I've always wanted to visit Termonfeckin, and my dream was finally realised when friends kindly treated us to dinner at this lovely restaurant a few nights ago. We waited for a short while in the cosy reception area with an open fire and had a drink while choosing from the quite extensive menu. Although a couple of items were unavailable,... More
