Family dinner

Dishes (burger, quesadillas, fish & chips)were arranged very nicely - but unfortunately lacking taste. . It felt like the chef had forgotten to even add salt. So friendly... read more

This place was packed, and I'm not surprised, the food was amazing. The service was slow but they had a 50th birthday party in so understandable, the staff were lovely and friendly. would definitely go back.

Good basic accommodation. I travelled with my husband and two teenage kids on friday 3rd july for one night. The rooms (one double and one twin) were clean and fresh but basic. The walls were paper thin and the tv had only one channel.

Its a long one, Im sorry but very bad experience! Booked my parents in for a one night stay on Sat Feb 28th and will never recommend it to anyone. It is more of a hostel and not a b & b or hotel. Checked in at the bar all was fine, went across the car park from the main... More

I was there for two nights for the winter solstice in Newgrange. Nice room (#24), clean, warm, was asked if I needed anything twice - would/will come again. :)

Booked a meal for the restaurant in Dalys- Boyne Brasserie as its called- greeted by lovely staff and seated. Menu is overpriced for the small portions of food that arrived on the plate, long wait for main course (not steaks) potatoes hard in the centre, desserts definitely bought in & not done fresh.... Restaurant wasn't very busy, couldn't understand delay... More

I was really looking forward to eating here as daly's of donore is well known for good food. I ordered a caeser salad and when I took my first bite I thought there was bleach on the plate. I sent it back and was told that they had used chlorine tablets in the water. I was offered something else but... More

We were traveling in Ireland and Daly's was recommended to us for dinner. The service was good and the food was excellent. I really enjoyed the lamb. The beer was cold and tasty. The building was very clean and the non-rushed atmosphere was relaxing.
