I go this place one in a while food is lovely but it's very tight you don't really had much of a privacy so dinner date is not the best idea because tables are so close to each other you nearly can hear neighbors conversation and if they are busy you can't even hear a person In front of you... Yet again, for the fourth or fifth time we visited the Eastern Seaboard in Drogheda, Ireland. We have never had a poor experience here, the food takes time to come along, which I personally find encouraging, and allows for the necessary liquid refreshment, of which there is a great variety, to be enjoyed. Seven of us sat at the round... More

I haven't been here for ages so decided to with friends last Monday and although the food is still very tasty the portion size has shrunk significantly while the price has increased slightly. Also I found the staff impersonal but efficient.

Over my past few visits here service has been terrible! The latest experience was ringing a week in advance to book a table for a mid week evening to be told the manager would have to phone us back (why other staff can't take bookings I don't understand?) when they did we were told they couldn't fit us in and... This place is nothing special. The only thing that makes me go here is the chicken wings starter portion. The decor is horrible. Badly needs to be updated. The chairs are uncomfortable. Its like your sitting in a wannabe fancy restaurant on patio furniture. Even if you book a table you WILL be given a time limit which means you... More

I've been in Eastern Seabord a couple of times now and I can't get enough! Food near 100%; staff near 100%; decor near 100%; not the cheapest but totally worth every cent, though; almost, almost perfection.

When booking a table you are warned that they want the table back, normally within two hours. This is a policy even if the restaurant is not busy. If for some reason you come close to reaching this limit and have not yet had your desert, you will not be offered any. We had a large family gathering there and... More

Eastern seaboard is a great restaurant with friendly staff. It can be quite hard to get a booking in evenings and especially weekends but it's worth it when you do. Lovely decor and large windows so it's nice and bright. Steak is amazing and pork belly is super. Not a big fan of the dessert menu though. They could have... More

Staff running around like headless chickens, looking miserable. Loaf of bread plonked down in front of us while waiting on our dishes to arrive with no knife to slice it with. Waiting, waiting, waiting.. Nothing. Saturday eve busy time, restaurant in Drogheda should be glad of this considering there is plenty of choice in the area but that's not how... More
