This place is nothing special. The only thing that makes me go here is the chicken wings starter portion. The decor is horrible. Badly needs to be updated. The chairs are uncomfortable. Its like your sitting in a wannabe fancy restaurant on patio furniture. Even if you book a table you WILL be given a time limit which means you... More

I've been in Eastern Seabord a couple of times now and I can't get enough! Food near 100%; staff near 100%; decor near 100%; not the cheapest but totally worth every cent, though; almost, almost perfection.

When booking a table you are warned that they want the table back, normally within two hours. This is a policy even if the restaurant is not busy. If for some reason you come close to reaching this limit and have not yet had your desert, you will not be offered any. We had a large family gathering there and... More

Eastern seaboard is a great restaurant with friendly staff. It can be quite hard to get a booking in evenings and especially weekends but it's worth it when you do. Lovely decor and large windows so it's nice and bright. Steak is amazing and pork belly is super. Not a big fan of the dessert menu though. They could have... More

Staff running around like headless chickens, looking miserable. Loaf of bread plonked down in front of us while waiting on our dishes to arrive with no knife to slice it with. Waiting, waiting, waiting.. Nothing. Saturday eve busy time, restaurant in Drogheda should be glad of this considering there is plenty of choice in the area but that's not how... More

I went to have business dinner there with various group size: we were always warmly welcome, accommodated to the best, served excellent and tasty food by super staff. I am going to get back there for sure.

Popped into the eastern seaboard recently for a quick bite when we were in bettystown for a few days, our first impression on seeing the menu was def different, reasonably priced, I ordered the baby rack of lamb and my husband ordered the seafood board. The staff were very professional and pleasant. The restaurant is very airy ( many a... More

At the end of a trip to Brú na Boinne, we were looking for somewhere to have dinner on Sunday evening. We were lucky to get a table it was so busy but they fitted us in. Service was professional but friendly, the menu was really interesting and good value. The ambience was warm but stylish -lots of family groups... More

This is a local restaurant for me, which really is main reason I've been to it a few times, although I've never really understood the rave reviews. Anyway, went there yesterday, with reservation at 7 pm that came with their usual warning that I had to be out by 9. We were in a few minutes after 7, orders taken... More

We were regular customers to the ESB, loved the setting, loved the staff, everything about it was spot on. Dont get me wrong The food is still amazing and great value.....However, The STAFF have got too complacent, I feel they are not as nice or attentive as they once were, one girl in particular is downright rude!!!! I dread if... More
