Have been here a few times with both family and friends. Decor is quite modern with high ceilings and exposed lighting (although it is quite dark). I found the restaurant very cold on each visit and extremely loud!! Complimentary bread is a lovely touch served on a cute wooden breadboard. Food is well presented and the menu isn't too large.... Its like a casual dining with great options on menu. Pastas,Fish etc. Chicken wings were disappointing, so didnt get the hype about them and they are so easy too.Fish course was nice. I just dont get the rock salt thing as how do you dissolve it over bread. Great beer and wine list. Definitely worth stopping full of atmosphere.

Have visited this restaurant a few times and mostly the experience has been very good. The seafood is very good but can be a little hit and miss. The atmosphere is not so good, seating uncomfortable and it feels like a warehouse with a high ceiling and industrial ducting. However, it is nice for a quick lunch, I wouldn't recommend... More

We've been here quite a few times and it's a nice enough restaurant. Nothing amazing but good. I'm always surprised that when you call to make a booking, they always take ages to see if they have anything available and then when you get there there's loads of free tables. A bit weird. Anyway, to the food ..... Chicken wings... More

Have been here many many times and it can be very hit and miss in regard to both the food and the service ... visited Monday evening 6.00 - 6.30pm and took a seat at the bar, with 3 people in our party and no one else sitting at the bar I tried to get the barmans attention to get... More

Visited this restaurant for a celebration with 4 others. The place has a great reputation and your greeted with a wall of awards (including michelin recommendations up to 2014) as you enter. Food was amazing. Had chicken wings in a lovely sweet sauce for starter and slow cooked lamb shank for main. Meat fell off the bone. Was deliciously tender... More

I've been a half a dozen times or so and I've enjoyed it once. the chairs are so uncomfortable, the service is 'flighty' at best and in more than one occasion the food was cold. It's overpriced too but the home made bread and meat platter are nice

LOVE this restaurant, have been many times. The food is delicious, and staff are wonderful. The steaks are also cooked to perfection and the wine menu is very nice. Plenty of specials on the menu. Would recommend the pork belly cos lettuce wraps for starters. Creme brulee is also delicious. Can't wait to go back.

We are regular visitors and have always enjoyed a good meal in a very buzzy atmosphere, with superb specials and a great wine list. Last night we tried the special "crab cocktail 99". A clever take on the 99 ice cream. Using an ice cream cone with creamed avocado, crab and an asparagus speak as the 99 flake. Clever, innovative,... More
