Enjoyed this restaurant four years ago. First thing I asked my host when back in the city was, is it still there? Fortunately it is and I remembered that my favourite was the steak with fried egg on top. Ordered it and was not disappointed. Pleased to see the restaurant is still popular so thanks for another pleasant evening.

Went in a group of four, the staff were very professional and helpful! The food coming from the kitchen looked and smelled amazing! We all enjoyed our food (nachos, pasta dish, tacos, enchiladas, fijitas) they were presented so well. I loved how our desserts (cookies and cream and Eton mess) were in little jars I thought that was a nice touch. Would pay a... More

A lovely restaurant set up well with plenty of tables and room .Service was very good and quick. The food was very nice and well presented. A set special 3 course meal with choices was good value fror money. I would recommend a visit there for anyone visiting Limerick.

I eat here a lot as the food impresses me every time. The only way to fault this restaurant is by lying. There is not a single time that I`ve gone in to texas steakout and come out hungry. I am amazed at how they can make the food so filling and so delicious. I hope they can keep up their... More

Good restaurant for a family meal or a relaxed occasion with friends. Service was very good but the food was nothing special. Out of the extensive menu we chose 3 very different things and they were all average.

Popped in here for an early evening dinner on Easter bank holiday Monday (2014) before heading back to Dublin. I know Limerick well but have never before visited the Texas Steakout, although I believe it's very well known. There is a real cute cowboy/steak-house décor/vibe and I suppose that was to be expected what with it being a steak-house and... More

....but having said that, one member of our group of four siblings did have the fillet and thoroughly enjoyed it. Limerick would not be renowned for their restaurants but all four of us enjoyed our meal here. We called in on spec on a Tuesday night and nothing was available. Taking that as a good sign, we booked for Wednesday... More

Food was fab, place was very busy. " don't get pitchers of cocktails" they only fill 3 glasses - best doing separate. Would definitely recommend the food .

Great night out. Two couples went for the evening special. 3 course meal for €30. Excellent selection. Cocktails were highly recommendable. Great value for money. Interior was very different, great little hidden gem. Tip; pay the €5 extra supplement for the fillet steak.
