Was here last week with four friends and it was just fantastic. The food was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked and the staff were so friendly too. I can't wait to come here again

love the food, it is quiet expensive but worth it. Would be nice for a special occasion or a romantic evening. You wouldn't eat out here all the time, the staff are also very nice and friendly.

I felt the mains was lovely, very fresh and just enough. Our starters was nothing special. Probably our fault for picking it. We had the garlic bread with melted mozzarella cheese on it. Wasn't very garlicky and was just like a baguette cut up with melted cheese on it. We had only water and no desserts and our bill was... More

A local recommded Freddie's Bistro to me, so we arrived without a booking the first night in Ireland (a Friday). Staff found us a table quickly, and the waitress was very friendly and soon found us some other Aussies. The food was very good, particularly the pancake dessert covered in nuts. Great atmosphere, and obvioulsy a very popular place.

This very quaint bistro was our first night in Limerick. We made reservations that day and were accommodated. I had the goat cheese appetizer, my husband had the mussels and prawns-both were delicious!!! For the main meal we had hake and the dingle crab linguine-both were amazing! A great place while in Limerick!!!

Without doubt, the best place to eat out in limerick. Great menu and great atmosphere. Their nutty pancake dessert is to die for.

Lovely meal, great choices in all courses. Was there a few years ago and it is still as good as ever. Location can be off putting but try it and you will see why it gets such good reviews.
