Went along for Sunday lunch. We hadnt booked in advance so we had a 20 minute wait. In hindsight we should have booked, however as we were in no hurry it was great to sit and order a drink and relax while waiting for a table. \the place was full. The fires were on. The view of Limerick and the... More

Visited January 4th late evening. Chicken wing starter is hot, not for the faint hearted but really delicious, great to share! My fish n chips was average, dry fish, too few mushy peas and rather try something else next time. Wife's meal was sea bass in a wine sauce, looked n tested excellent. Tip, try seating in front bar, best... More

Wonderful place. We stopped here for lunch while touring. Found the staff very friendly, happy to chat and answer our dumb tourist questions about the area. Food was delicious, made more so by the pleasant feel of the place and the staff. They also have a free off street parking lot, just across the side street from the establishement.

I visit the Curraghower regularly with my boyfriend and it is one of my favorite places to eat in Limerick. Service is amazing with staff always acknowledging you when you walk in. Food is served quickly and is so tasty. I would recommend anyone having the spicy chicken wings! The atmosphere is fabulous as it is vintage and quirky and... More

Delicious seafood specially calamari and scampi but the salad that accompanies them is poor, no lettuce and carrots just some green leaves. The stuff is great.

Great little pub. Delicious food. Excellent service. Our waitress was very patient as we waited for our party to arrive. My parents had just flown in from New York and were looking for the perfect Irish pub experience. This was it! After a long flight and drive down from Dublin we couldn't have asked for a more perfect "intro to... More
