We booked this restaurant at the last minute and they were very accommodating due to this and we had small children. The food is excellent, lovely atmosphere and if your staying in the Clarion hotel it's only a 2 min walk

I recently visited The French Table for a family celebration. We all ate from the early bird menu which offered a great variety of dishes. Each course went down a treat with all of us, the food was delicious and presented beautifully. The marinated salmon starter and the chicken main were the highlights of the meal. I have eaten in... Not wonderful, but not bad either. Appetizers were good, and there was a reasonable selection of affordable wines. Wife's lamb entrée was delicious. My cassoulet was a real let-down. Had this dish throughout our travels in France and I make a couple of versions myself. This one had a dry sausage, a dry piece of duck, a bit of ham,... More

Had a great lunch stop here. tried the famous Croque Monsieur. Delicious! Well worth a visit. The lunch menu has lots of choice including fresh fish of the day. Very attentive staff and a view across the river.

The chef's special that day was a selection of fish, which while lovely, was cold when it got to us, as was my friend's steak. As the plate was also cold I... More

I'm absolutely delighted that the French table restaurant in Limerick by the river is getting the recognition it deserves because it is quite simply consistently outstanding It is very ably run by an Irish French team and they look after a gang of regulars like myself another is extremely well with the tastiest of French fare

Brilliant food, great atmosphere and professional service. We've been there several times and are enchanted every time. And we've finally decided to write up a quick review. If you're ever in Limerick and looking for the best restaurant around then you must try The French Table.
