Sometimes we are rather suspicious of a restaurant in a hotel and don't give it a full recognition that it deserves this restaurant attached to the five Star Savoy Hotel is very very worthy of your attention and visit whilst in Limerick Particularly enjoyed the lounge area and predinner drinks

9 of my friends and I went for a birthday celebration and we were very excited about it as we had been when the restaurant was on O' Connell St and it was amazing back then but we were very disappointed this time round!! Food was lovely and staff were very helpful but the setting was a disaster. It felt... More

My experience here is based on a meal in the Market Square Brasserie, the restaurant within the hotel. I am, or was, a regular customer at the hotel, frequenting the lounge and bar approx 2 or 3 times a month. We chose the Market Square for our meal as it has always been associated with fine dining in the city... More

Had a Christmas meal here, service was good, food was fantastic but since it was a christmas party we had a limited selection to chose from, I would def return as the food was so tasty but I wouldnt go there starving either as the portion sizes are quite small but i think the taste makes up for that!

There is a nice choice on the menu and food is relatively good quality, a little bit pricey for what you get. Really preferred this restaurant when it was in its old premises, feels a bit like a back-up to Hamptons now as opposed to a stand alone fine dining restaurant which is what it used to be. Would still... More

The market square must go down as the worst meal of my life. All of the meat dishes were overcooked to an extreme level. Without a doubt, they were all reheated in a microwave!!! 3 dishes were smothered in cheese or cheese sauces, but not specified in the menu, the sides were also swimming in a pool of disgusting cheesy... After reading glowing reports of this hotel it is with a heavy heart that I write of my experience of this hotel. My husband and I are natives of Co.Limk but in exile for some time in a neighbouring county. We decided to have lunch while visiting Limk city. When we arrived there were about 4 people seated. We placed... More
