Apparently this place has taken to allowing strippers to dance naked for stag parties during early periods of the evening (8pm). Don't waste your time unless you are looking to get out of your mind. I couldn't support this place during meal times. more

We were in Kilkenny @ The Hibernian across from this restaurant and not much was open on Sunday eve. They had a pre-fixed Sunday menu-3 courses for 17 euros. It was one of the best meals I had in Ireland. John McDonald is a jewel in the rough. He's lived in the US and is very colorful and a wonderful... more

We were staying at a nearby hotel and wanted some dinner. We went to the 1st floor where we could eat. The owner, John, sat with us and we discussed sports for hours. They have some good specials for meals going on. The place gets hopping with the younger crowd the later it gets. more
