It was interesting to view the hustle bustle; there was 1 bartender, 1 waiter & 1 server to serve a packed pub, standing room only. I don't... More

We recently stumbled upon this pub on a weekend away in Kilkenny. As there was a large group of us we went for a casual drink during the day on a Saturday. This pub had a great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. During out visit my partner noticed there was a hurling/GAA tour run by the pub. As... More

We went to this restaurant upon the recommendation of our B&B owner. She was right. Both of our dishes were excellent. Traditional Irish Pub food. Very friendly waitress as well.

We had a very nice lunch of Irish food here while watching a game of hurling. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced and the service was friendly and quick.

Popped in for lunch followed by a massive coach party. We were served quickly and food was very nice. Very large tv screen. A little expensive for the portion size but ok.

Went here for lunch and was disappointed. Got the chicken wrap and felt it was very small for what i was paying for,I opted for soup instead of chips and if was only so so..... What really annoyed me was the manager having a full scale argument with one of the employees about his hours and wages, was not appropriate... More

This place does great business and seems to be focused on the American tourist trade. Expensive for average food and average live music. Much better value and better experiences to be had elsewhere in the town.
