We had a very nice lunch of Irish food here while watching a game of hurling. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced and the service was friendly and quick.

Popped in for lunch followed by a massive coach party. We were served quickly and food was very nice. Very large tv screen. A little expensive for the portion size but ok.

Went here for lunch and was disappointed. Got the chicken wrap and felt it was very small for what i was paying for,I opted for soup instead of chips and if was only so so..... What really annoyed me was the manager having a full scale argument with one of the employees about his hours and wages, was not appropriate... More

This place does great business and seems to be focused on the American tourist trade. Expensive for average food and average live music. Much better value and better experiences to be had elsewhere in the town.

We were soooooo happy at the end of the evening! We thoroughly enjoyed the two piece band and the Marie King was the flute player - she was fabulous!! There were two Irish dancers as well and they were amazing as well - I believe one of them was Gerhard Hayes!

Kilkenny was our first stop in Ireland, and Lanigan's was the best way to be "introduced" to the Irish culture! It's a very large restaurant, with a cozy pub feel in front and a large, multiple room, seating area in back. The food was fabulous... we ordered the Irish stew which melted in your mouth. Of course, we also had... More

Great pub, incredible band (the Kilkenny's), rollicking good time! Looks to be popular with locals and tourists alike. Really made our trip!

We were quite hungry after visiting the Castle and sought out Lanigan's because Sharon from Rathview B&B in Swords had mentioned it to us. She was right, the food was exceptionally good. The guy that waited on us seemed to do everything, wait and bartend, but he was quick and attentive. I got the chicken wrap and it was really... More
