Good patio, food, and entertainment

We had a pint in the covered outdoor patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. Then we moved in to see the old pub and ended upstairs in the large dinning hall for some great fish and chips. Group agreed it was the best fish and chips in Ireland. A Tri band played and entertained us on the Friday... read more

We stopped for more or less 3 hours in this beatiful city as part of a tour from Dublin, and as it was lunch time we decided to eat in this restaurant. The place was very confortable and service fast and helpfull. We had as starter chicken wings with fries (the wings were very tender and fresh) and then a... More

Fantastically quick service. The smoked salmon salad was lovely. Very pleasant atmosphere too. Not too expensive, two mains two puds and 2 drinks each was about 50 euro.

We had traditional fish and chips which was very good. We had our dinner at the upper floor and the only sad thing is that the music was on the floor below. Anyway it is a place to recommend

Our friends wanted to sample some Irish Folk Music and Kyteler's has a beginners sample session on how to play some instruments. Hilarious, good fun oh yes and good food to boot. A great evening's entertainment!

Had lunch here with colleagues and was disappointed with the service received. Felt the waitress was rushing us throughout our trip (even though there was empty tables near us) and was at times borderline rude. It had been a few years since I last visited and overall I was disappointed. It's likely I would choose an alternative venue next time.

I was in Ktyelers (again) for a quick something to eat. Ordered the Fillet Stake and I can only say it was the best I have tasted. In all my 40 odd years of dining out this was the very best. And then to cap it off it's down to the beer garden to listen to the live band. Again... More

Yes, this place is packed with tourists, but don't let that put you off. The building itself is filled with interesting architectural features in every part of its spacious confines and its history is unparalleled. Food wasn't too good at all, but there's a great selection of beverages and a terrific atmosphere and really good service. We saw Raglan Rogues... More
