Amazing food..

Went here as a last minute booking. From start to finish I could not fault one thing. Service was excellent with food to die for. We had three course with drinks for 80euros but was excellent value. Will definitely be visiting next time we are in kilkenny

Went with other couple for a treat Saturday evening. Booked few weeks ago but got 6.15 but suited as next was 9.00. I guess it was early bird but maybe better off as was great value. Wife choice of red wine only €20 which is very reasonable for up market restaurant . Food was excellent and staff fantastic . Really... More

Checked TripAdvisor for an Italian in Kilkenny at 5ish on a Saturday evening and up popped Restaurant Rinuccini. It surprised on the upside in many ways. Expecting a small basement and found a restaurant that went on forever packed with early bird diners. It is clearly hugely popular. It was also much posher that I expected - linen tablecloths and... I read the reviews and picked this restaurant. It was very busy and we both had pasta dishes. They were average. Expected something amazing after reading about the restaurant. The staff seemed very busy and the restaurant was full. I also had the deep fried vegetables - not nice at all.

What can I say about this place!! Every time I eat here the food is always fantastic. You literally want to have everything on the menu. The atmosphere in the restaurant is just lovely relaxed with a nice buzz in the air and the rooms to eat in are gorgeous. You will leave here very happy and content.

Having heard great reports and it being very popular thus booking essential I was looking forward to dining here Lovely restaurant quiet large on inside. Seating with the exception of group bookings is very tight (ie tables for two) Had the salmon bruscetta beautifully presented and was very tasty For mains I had chicken pasta in a cream sauce. Was... I usually don't go to Italian restaurants when I'm abroad since I'm Italian, but this was definitely worth it. We had both meat and fish dishes and everything was so tasty and well presented. The filetto di manzo topped with prawns was simply perfectly cooked. There's a wide choice of starters, pasta and special dishes. The waiters were all very... More
