If you are really "into food" this is definitely the place to go when in Tralee. We were a group of 6 ladies who ate there last week and the quality of the food in Darcys is second to none. Presentation was excellent, portions were more than sufficient and the deserts were to die for. Try the toblerone cheesecake or... More

My husband and I have been to Darcys 3 times now and it is consistently fantastic. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. They always have an extensive list of specials so the choice is very good. Our favourite thing about this restaurant is the Fillet Steak Cafe de Paris, it is AMAZING! They have a really talented chef. This... More

I've been going to D'Arcy's for the last two years and each time it just keeps getting better. I have a fairly varied taste in food and everything I've tried has been fab, (they're particularly good at shellfish and steak dishes) One of the things I really like about it is that there are always so many special's on the... Shocked at the cost of our meal for 2 people. Food and service was ok but not worth the price tag when so many other restaurants locally offer similar quality food much much less. Will not be returning.

To give a one star review based on price alone is totally unfair. We cater to all budgets in Darcys. Our starters begin at €4.95, main courses at €19.95. A 10oz sirloin steak served with onions & mushrooms & parsnip crisps & creamed potato & gratin & sugar snap peas & roasted celeriac is €23.95 with as many second helping of... More

Ate here recently with the gf, and we were both very disappointed! Firstly, we felt the owner was quite nice and went to great lengths explaining every dish, although both of us felt we didn't need to have it explained to us what type of fish monkfish is. Same goes for rabbit. Felt it was quite patronising. As for the... More

Hello, Thank you for your review. Just to note I explain all the specials to every customer in the same manner. A lot of people like to know that monkfish is a meatier type of fish rather than flaky and if you have never eaten rabbit it is surprising that it's a white and sweet meat. I would never patronise...
