Great food, pleasant and helpful staff. Always a pleasure to eat here. Tables in courtyard make you feel that you are not in the middle of a town but in a bistro in Italy

I had a much awaited visit to what many proclaim to be the best restaurant and by far the nicest Italian cuisine to be found in Kerry. However maybe its just me but while the atmosphere in Bella Bia is nice, I felt under awed on first impression and that tone continued for the meal. While the panacotta desert was... More

This restaurant is well worth a visit, food excellent and the staff are just so pleasant. We had a beautiful meal on the last night of our stay in Tralee and it was recommended by the Lady who run our campsite who also kindly made the reservation for us. lovely end to a great holiday Thank you Belle Bia

We had 2 adults & 4 children ( 13, 8, 6 & 3) , the food was tasty, service was excellent , children were not a problem, staff very accommodating and friendly. Excellent atmosphere and tasty food, not expensive and great value for money. Recommend it.

A friend and I had an evening meal on the Saturday of the August bank holiday weekend. She is living in Tralee & I live in Cork. We had the early bird special for 13.50 euro, which consisted of a starter and a main course. They were both delicious. The main which we both chose was cod wrapped in parchment... More

We used TripAdvisor to search for an Italian in Tralee. A quiet Tuesday night..... We didn't have a reservation but after a short wait and hospitable service we were shown into the main restaurant which was bursting with atmosphere. We kept our choices simple but were delighted with the portion size and quality. Very reasonable too and would highly recommend.

We had very nice meals but the food took forever. I also like Italians preparing my Italian food but for Irish chefs who weren't known for that cuisine I thought it was pretty darn good. Just to point out, it's a really clever name: Bella(Italian for beautiful) Bia(Irish for food).
