We really enjoyed our visit to Laurels Pub. Great ambiance, good food, great service. Nice place to share a Guiness

the 5 of us liked it so much - we'll all go back. the starter with the mussels is awesome, a bit spicy for those who don't like spices but for me it was perfect. the bread is a pleasure. the fish&chips was as it should be, all the way. Recommended. Really!

We stopped in for dinner, but they had stopped serving. It wasn't late by our standards but this town stops by 9:30. The staff was very friendly so we stuck around for a couple drinks. The food people were eating did look good. If we didn't leave the next day, we would have gone back for dinner.

The restaurant is very large, there is a restaurant area and another one more feature that is reminiscent of the traditional pub. The service is courteous and punctual, we do not have to wait that much even if the tables next to us were all occupied. I can say I ate very well, the sirloin steak that they served me... More

They easily handled the reservation for our party of nine at 7:30 PM on a Tuesday night. We wanted an authentic Irish meal and found it here. I started with their seafood chowder, brown bread, and a pint of Guinness. The chowder was wonderful. For my main I went with the lamb stew. It was satisfying, although not particularly note-worthy.... More

The place was somewhat empty when we arrived on a Sunday night around 630. It quickly filled up. There is the pub side and restaurant side. We sat on the restaurant side because the pub side was busy. The portions were big, good food and the best was for dessert the Irish Coffee with real cream. Traveled in Ireland and... More

In the heart of Killarney with buskers strumming nearby - we were told to visit Laurels by several locals. It was great! Friendly servers, amazing choices - both traditional Irish and more trendy selections. The mussels in a green coconut curry sauce were out of this world - we both had to eat them as there was too much for... More

Brought here by a cousin who works in Killarney. Good food, oversized portions, fair prices. I had a cup of mushroom soup, which was very generous. Tasted good too.

We went to the Laurels Pub for my son's 18th birthday...his pick. We weren't disappointed. The steaks and fish 'n chips were both amazing. It was a pleasant mix of locals and tourists. The waiters and bartenders were very welcoming and friendly. Stop in, you won't be disappointed...

Our main courses were excellent, especially the seafood chowder, potato and celery soup, and baked Brie. The staff were incredibly sweet with our kids during a late afternoon lunch. We were surprised to find a decent kids menu at a pub. The people running the pub really took time to engage us, and cared about the food they were serving.
