Great pub atmosphere and fun wait staff and bartenders. Food was fantastic especially the house burger and steak salad. Owner Con was a complete flirt and delight to talk to.

Another recommendation by our guide proved to be spot on. We made reservations the night before and arrived to find our table ready. We split an order of yummy muscles ( a favorite in several establishments on our trip) and then dug into our entrees of steak and fishermans platter, which featured spicy salmon, monkfish, tasty shrimp and crab claws,... My Mom and I came here to eat dinner after being recommend that it was a good place to come for pub food. When we walked into the restaurant area of the Laurel's we realized we were the only two people there and they must have just opened up which was fine, we got seated and were serviced very quickly... We went here on Monday 4th August for food in the evening, food was enjoyable, totally understaffed, one young girl run off her feed, with a boy clearing tables and resetting. An older lady was also working with the young girl but her language was unacceptable, so disappointing to hear (obviously she did not realise she could be heard). I... More

Called here this week and had a steak and a pint. Great Pint and steak wasn't bad either. well priced at €22. . Busy spot with a good mix of drinkers and people having food. Good service.

Recommended by our coach driver, I was pleased with his recommendation. Service was a little slow, but I don't know if that was because we were such a large group coming in at one time. The lamb shank I had was good and the portion was filling. The owner even sang to our group. Overall I had a good experience... More

I have been here a few times now when visiting Killarney. We went here in May for lunch time, which was the first time I had had lunch here. I didn't realise the menu was different at lunch to dinner which I was disappointed about!! I had the chilli con carne with nachos, wow yum yum yum!! This was delicious... More

This little pub/restaurant was highly recommended to us so on that strength we decided to give it a try. A bit hesitant when i saw the outside, but my goodness what a transformation inside. Beautiful setting in the corner of the main street, people queuing to get in at 6pm, we had reserved a table and a good job we... More

I had the best duck that I have had in a long time. My husband had a delicious lamb shank.. There is a pub there, but next door in a very nice and quiet atmosphere they have the restaurant with great service also.
