Description: Tucked away on New Street in Killarney Quinlans Seafood Bar may be one of the most satisfying dining experiences around. Quinlan’s is unique in Ireland as it serves Fresh Fish and Shellfish from its own boats, landed daily in County Kerry. Quinlan’s (Killarney and Tralee) tempt diners with fresh seasonal fish and seafood in a casually elegant setting. Fresh Hake, Cod, Haddock, Whiting and Plaice, from Dingle bay are available throughout the year and each day a range of specials depending on what is in season and has been landed that morning is available. If you love your seafood you must visit us to sample the best and freshest Fish and Chips, shellfish specials and ‘the catch of the day’. We also do take away (order by phone) and courier delivery of smoked salmon and fresh fish (from our website). All trip advisor customers can avail of specials by quoting the TRIPADVOR1 voucher code.

Recently had lunch here at this fish and chip restaurant. Firstly can I say that the food is good no complaints. However I am hugely disappointed with how they have designed their menu around kids... Put simply they do not cater for kids. I took my 5 year old boy and he had fish and chips with a sprite drink....... More

My wife and I ate at this restaurant and it had great food, great service and decent prices. At the table next to us a couple from England said Quinlans makes the best Fish and Chips in all of Ireland and England. I think they might be right.

I have spent a lot of time in the UK, and this is by far the BEST fish and chips restaurant I have come to find! Great story too; the shop is run by local fisherman who only fry up the freshest catches.

Four days in Killarney and we had dinner at Quinlans twice. Get there early because it gets to be standing room only.

This bar looks like a take away but I was very impressed. We ate cod and chips and John Dory and it was so fresh it was a beautiful meal. I though it was very reasonable for what we had and we were delighted with the service too. The kids ate every bit of it which is more than I... More

Have been to Quinlans on numerous occasions. We visit Killarney regularly and eat there very often. The service is top class. Been in Killarney lots of times, as we live in the next-door county of Cork, but for some reason (probably there are so many restaurants to choose from) we had not visited Quinlan's before. Talk about keeping the good wine until last, the quality was unbelievable, we both had the cod, which was thick and flaky, with a delicious light... More

We just got takeaway fish and chips from Quinlans but it was really lovely. So fresh. Came with lemon wedges and tartare sauce - I guess that's the difference between a 'chippy' and seafood restaurant. Will definitely be back next year.

You get GREAT food and that is what counts. If you are looking for warm ambiance, go elsewhere. If you want great seafood for a good... More
