Our meal was disappointing as there was a mix up in the serving of dishes to our table which ordinarily would be ok but one of our group has a gluten intolerance and was served the wrong dish, the mistake was noticed half way through. Needless to say it put a damper in our whole evening. Nice setting, food good... More

We had a superb meal. Beautiful starters, fresh fish, sorbet, fresh breads, lovely desserts. Excellent wine. Very pleasant and efficient service. Overall a great experience and despite its reputation, we thought it was very good value for money.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday March 22nd 2014. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. We were greated and seated by a very friendly and welcoming host. The menu choice was mouth watering and the food did not disappoint! From the presentation to the taste it was first class. However the only draw back was how cold... More

Thought we were getting a special treat as had heard this place was great. Food came over an hour after we ordered and was lukewarm at best. Presentation was lovely but felt it came at the expense of the quality of the meal. Waitress was very pleasant but cant make up for cold food and high prices. Premises was also... More

We enjoyed a family meal in the West End House, Killarney in January. Had decided to try somewhere new and so consulted Trip Advisor and saw that this restaurant was topping the list. I phoned to book a table for four on Saturday 18th January but it was booked out so we opted to go on Friday night instead. The... More

We had a meal here on Valentines night and I have to say, we were disappointed to say the least. We felt that we were squashed into an upper room with tables literally on top of each other, so it was far from intimate! The starters were good, but our main meals were pretty standard. My hubby ordered cod, which... More
