Nothing to complain about here- yes the menu is not huge but the food is very taste. My partner had a steak which was in his words " was as good as steak as he has had in awhile" (he only ever eats steak) I had the veg option which was very good! Staff were very helpful & friendly nice... More

I've only eaten here at lunch time for the €10 menu. I adore the pulled pork and cider apple sandwich with a side of fries. The pork is delicious as are the cider soaked apples and the homemade brown bread is very filling. I've also tried the Haloumi salad which is different and light but leaves you with a very... More

Went there 2 times in August'14 while we stopped in Killarney on our Kerry-Connemarra tour. Charming restaurant on High Street. Staff was welcoming and efficient. The food list is rather short but inventive and overwhelmingly tasty. Still vivid memories of an Haddock Pot, Crab Claws and a juicy Black Cod. Family-friendly. My fav place in Killarney so far...

My self and my family really liked the interior, with old newspapers on the wall gave an interesting read, efficient service. The food was also really nice.

Recently had dinner in the Smokehouse, food quality was average, very busy waited a long time for food to be served. Nice wine but if you like cold guiness don't choose to eat here as guiness is from a can and is warm not chilled! Expensively priced for average food slightly overpriced with average service.

Quirky/eclectic is the only way to describe the decor. Food was 'fab' great choices on the menu, food arrived surprisingly quickly, yet fresh and extremely tasty. Staff were really friendly and on the ball.

We were attracted to this restaurant as it had its own unique style and wasn't a run of the mill family restaurant that tend to dominate Killarney. We weren't disappointed. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was fantastic. Both starters (seafood chowder and baked brie) were generous and very nice. For mains the lamb rack was well... More

This restaurant is only OK, The down stairs is very cramped and its difficult to avoid been hit when waiting staff and customers are passing. The food is average over priced for what you actually get. I had the burger and found it very dry only ate half of it.The staff are nice but not very attentive. Not somewhere i... More

After having Irish cuisine for several nights in a row, Smoke House was the perfect place to mix things up. Good for wine drinkers and small plate lovers. The music was 80s, no live music the night we went. Atmosphere was cozy yet old-world modern-- shabby chic. Split the stuffed mushrooms with goat cheese and mixed vegetables. Delicious and very...
