If your idea of Italy is sitting in a sparsely decorated room, filled with Ikea furniture with little or no atmosphere then Cucina will suit you just fine! The food, however good is totally overpriced and overrated. It's interesting to see that the only great reviews on here are from tourists who, whilst on holidays don't mind spending excessively for... More

it was an excellent scallop, in an excellent presentation, but when you order the scallop appetizer at approx. 12 Euros, you expect more than one scallop. The veal was tasty and well prepared. But at $30US it did not come with a salad. The accompanying potato, a double-baked potato dis-enrobed from its potato skin was very good. The pasta Ragusa... More

This is a perfect little place for a quiet dinner. We stopped here because another restaurant my husband hoped to try wasn't open and we were perfectly delighted with the menu and staff. Every dining in the small restaurant talked as if we all knew each other (all travelers) as we raved about our wonderful meals. I highly recommend this... More

This was really a great find in a great town. Just a bit off the beaten path, but more than worth spending an evening if you need some Italian to break up the blur of pub food! From the welcoming and attentive staff, to the quaint, romantic atmosphere, to the surprisingly authentic and scrumptious food, and finally the great selection... More

Was one of the best, if not the best meal during our whole trip to Ireland! Tucked in an alley, but restaurant was packed when we arrived, happy to have made a reservation first! Delicious meal, excellent service plus wine and beer selection. Not a red sauce Italian restaurant, very contemporary, everything fresh!

Great Italian food - beautiful capers, fresh fish cooked in unusual ways. But too many AMericans have discovered it!

Even having made reservations, we had a very undesirable table stuck in a small corner at the top of the stairs. When we arrived and the hostess was curt and unfriendly. This was so surprising to us because the majority of people we met in Ireland were the most friendly of any we have met on any of our trips.... More

We absolutely loved this restaurant. We ate here after a long day of touring and just wanted a relaxed good meal. The food was fantastic. The house wine was very good. The restaurant is modern and the menu is contemporary…no spaghetti here. We loved it and highly recommend.

My wife and I went there on the recommendation of our concierge. After reading the reviews, a few claimed it had the best lasagna they'd ever eaten. Now, my wife recently had the best lasagna of her life not on our honeymoon in Italy, but in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This, however, was not lasagna. It was beef stroganoff with (very... More

This little place is easy to miss if you don't know where to look, but it definitely worthwhile to seek out. The dining room was minimalist and very clean. I had a risotto main that was incredibly creamy and flavorful. Service was very attentive, but the dining room didn't have that many people in it. It is on the expensive... More
