We wanted a change from customary fish and chips and we weren't disappointed. We had the daily specials. Just delicious. The service was very good as well.

We ate here on our second night because we wanted Italian instead of Irish food again. The atmosphere was intimate and classy. The waiter was very attentive, but not too much so. The food was excellent, and the price was reasonable. The location was within walking distance from the hotel.

Went just off the beaten track to this restaurant. Lovely and quant with a select menu (no pizza). Food was expensive enough but service was good and food was of high standards. Nice atmosphere.

We ate here on new years eve, it was beautiful Italian food and the service was flawless. Would definitely reccommend the warm pear and parma ham starter with delicious light and creamy sauce. Also had the chocolate mousse with burnt orange sauce for dessert which was delicious. An absolutely fantastic restaurant.

While in the Killarney area over the New Year we got a last minute table in Cucina Italiana, and it was one of the best Italian meals I have tasted. Maybe a little expensive, but as a treat every now and again, it was worth it.

The service was very good. The staff were very pleasant. I think the menu is restricted to alot of fish dishes, some beef, some vegetarian, no chicken. Found it difficult to choose a dish. It is overpriced for pasta and Mediterranean dishes in comparison to other Italian we have eaten in other counties in Ireland.

Reading previous reviews of Cucina Italiana we thought that we would give it a go. First impressions were that we were greeted as soon as we opened the door. It is a small and cosy restaurant. We were taken up stairs where there was a lovely fire place burning. They told us the daily special and said they were alter... More

This restaurant is an absolute gem. Hidden down a small alley so not easy to find but definitely worth finding. This is one of the best Italian restaurants my husband & I have ever eaten in. The food is sensational. Hot freshly baked rolls on arrival a nice touch. Special entree 4 the night was buffalo mozzarella, prawn, scallop, cooked... More

Cucina restaurant is quite small but quaint. It is hidden from the main streets, down a side street just opposite Killarney cinema. There are winding steps up to the first floor. The decor is simple, but comfortable. Our waiter was very attentive all night and very professional. But the food itself was so delicious, I decided to give it a... More
