Been here a couple of times so I waited to try a few different things before I wrote a review. To be honest nothing is more than average. On the 1st occasion I ordered a toastie with fries and salad. That was fine. Thin bread and small fillings and overloaded with fries (I prefer good heart sandwich and less fries).... More

I've been here on a number of occasions. I'd forgotten how touristy it can be, but it doesn't detract from the charm it has. We'd been climbing all day, and just had some soup - which was homemade and served with lovely brown bread. Just what we needed. Its also a great spot in the evenings. Didn't stay till the... More

What a fun place this was. One of our favorite memories is of Kate Kearney's . The entertainment was excellent as was the food. I can personally vouch for the bangers and mash. The perfect stop before the Gap of Dunloe. Don't let the crowd deter you. It is popular for a reason.

We went to Kate Kearney's Cottage as it was close to our B & B. When we arrived we had a hard time figuring out how to get service. There were tables outside where people were eating as well as tables inside. We saw no wait staff in either location so weren't sure of the protocol of ordering. We finally... More

Food wAs standard irish fare and good. Prices reasonable. Worth a visit but geared towards the tourist trade. Little shop on site selling normal tourist trinkets

I had dinner here as I was staying in a nearby hotel. The quality of the food was very good and was very reasonably priced. It was a four course meal for twenty euros and the portions were a very good size .The staff were very friendly even if the service was a little slow. There was a folk group playing in... More

Went there with my husband and 3 sons. Great dinner, tons of locals, exactly what imagined a pub to be. Waitresses were great, efficient and very helpful. The only thing we were bummed about was that we thought the music would start at 7:30 but didn't start until 9:30. We got there at 6. We might try again later tomorrow.

Over priced for the quality off food served, more geared at the American tourists. Very busy so go early
