5 star service;)

The only thing better than our delicious meal at the Ross hotel was our waiter Dermot. With manners to match his good looks Dermot made our meal so much more enjoyable with his exquisite knowledge of every meal on the menu. As all our favourite restaurants over time have closed we were delighted to find this one on our recent holiday. It's funky, professionally run, atmospheric and the food is delicious. We can't find anything to fault and would recommend to anyone looking for a special evening.

Good Food and Service and nice ambience. Problem with the way my steak was cooked was dealt with professionally. Would definitely eat here again if I was in Killarney

We dined at Cellar One as part of a set-menu package deal in the Ross hotel, in which it's located. The restaurant is brightly decorated--very modern and funky, with a winding staircase from the main floor and towers of backlighted wines. Service was outstanding; the maitre 'd came by to check in on us. Wines were very good and reasonable.... More

Myself and my boyfriend had dinner in Cellar One last weekend and i can easily say it was the most amazing meal Iv'e ever had. I had bruschetta for starters, pasta for main and cheesecake for dessert. I ate things on my plate that I thought I didn't even like but everything complimented everything else on the plate perfectly. My... More

We were looking for a good place to eat in city centre of Killarney on a rainy Sunday evening. We saw the menu of this basement "hotel" restaurant that seemed good to us. The interior design of the restaurant is splendid. We started the dinner with 2 cocktails ( very good ones ) and ordered a bottle of malbec from... More

Dined in Cellar one on the second night of my weekend in the Ross Hotel. Food was incredible, amazing value, fantastic atmosphere and the staff were so friendly and helpful! There was an incredibly talented pianist playing for the evening which added to the already amazing atmosphere! Can't wait to be back!!
