The stylish Cellar One Restaurant is at the heart of The Ross with truly individual design features. Leading from the Pink Lounge down the elegant stairs into Cellar One Restaurant is impressive, and from here on your evening will continue in this same vein. Chef Ian McMonagle has beautifully combined local produce with international influences which will fall nothing short of offering gastric delight. As well as great creative flair there is a clear understanding of food & flavours evident all the way through this menu. From the Cromane Mussels steamed in coconut milk with lime and ginger to the Roast Peppered Breast of Skeghanore Duck served with braised red cabbage, baked apple, honey & orange sauce the creative flair and clear understanding of food is evident all the way through this menu.

Eat here.

We stayed in Killarney for two nights and both nights ended up eating here - we loved it. Great food, great service and well priced.

Visited as a group of three to take advantage of the 25euro offer for 2 courses and a cocktail... The restaurant was very quiet but had a pleasant atmosphere. We were served quickly and the options were explained well along with recommendations. I required GF food as was catered for superbly, several options were GF or could be adapted to... More

This restaurant ticks all the boxes great food, great service and well priced for for what you get. The only bad comment I could give is that there was not enough prawns with my starter but the taste of the prawns was really nice. The desert we got was the melt in the middle chocolate pudding with orange chocolate center... More

One of the most delicious dinners in Ireland. Dermot was a wonderful waiter who took time to fully explain the menu. Our dinner could have not been more perfect!

Enjoyed a wonderful meal. Choices are really interesting, food is delicious and presentation is innovative. Surroundings, service and atmosphere all great. Music was a bit loud, though.

I had the lamb patty appetizer and David had the puff pastry with cheese and tomatoes. Then he had shrimp and I had the duck leg. The service was so friendly and delightful. What a pleasure!

We ate here when we stayed at the Ross. It was an incredible value for the price fix given the quality of the food. The only dish that wasn't universally praised was the fish and chips off the kids menu. All the main entrees were amazing!
