Unfortunately we did not have a reservation. I'm so glad we waited until 8:45 to eat. Not only was the food and service phenomenal the owner is amazing. We were traveling in a group who planed several adventures away from Killarney. The owner found a map of Killarney and told us how to experience Killarney in a day! It was... More

Bricin is an absolute must on your dining itinerary. Located in downtown Killarney you are in the thick of things to see and do. The "boxtie" is a traditional Irish dish. All four of us had a variation of it with either lamb or chicken. It was outstanding. The staff is wonderful. The owner greets you at the entrance. You'd... More

We decided to visit this restaurant based on recommendations from other reviewers and friends. We initially had a problem booking (party of 6 adults on a Saturday evening). Having understood a booking was accepted, I by chance double checked a few days beforehand to discover no booking was recorded. A few phone calls back & forth over the next few... More

On the recommendation of our innkeeper we went to Bricin for dinner. We each had the fried camembert salad appetizer and then I had the Hake and Salmon gratin and my husband had a chicken boxty. Atmosphere is charming and warm and service was great. Highly recommend

We did not have a booking when we arrived at around 8.45pm but a table was found for us quickly.(I would recommend booking) Our order was taken quickly and our waitress was great. The food was lovely, really yummy. I had the Boxty special and my husband had the steak. The owner came over to our table to ensure that... More

We enjoyed our evening in this packed & busy upstairs restaurant. It is easy to miss, as you have to go thru a shop on the Main Street & go upstairs. The staff are very efficient and seem to actually enjoy working there. The food was good and portions were certainly filling. Would consider going again if we're in Killarney... More

We had the restaurant recommended to us by our Hotel(Dromhall). The shop below masks a really warm, cosy, vibrant atmosphere in a wonderfully decorated series of rooms, with tables well spaced. Booking definitely recommended as it is such a popular destination for local/visiting diners (from many nations)...as witnessed on our visit. The staff were very courteous, friendly and very keen to... More
