This cafe is excellent for a coffee and a superb breakfast in the morning, and I'm sure the lunch isn't bad either. The menu has a wide variety of choices, and I would highly recommend the blueberry pancakes. It is warm and well furnished inside. What also helps is that the waitresses are stunning. Well they were when I visited... More

Great cafe for lunch or something small. Lots of sandwiches and wraps and breakfast all day. Compared to other cafés I find their prices very good. The staff are always straight down to take your order.

Great cup of coffee. Great setting, good service. Spotless. Off the beaten track, but still very central just off Eyre Square

This is the perfect place to get a really nice takeaway coffee. The staff are friendly and the service is prompt. Not the warmest of cafe's so don't think I'd sit in there to get something but everything is available to takeaway also.

This is a great place for a snack, serving sandwiches, paninis, wraps, and bagels. I went there twice for lunch and had turkey bagel with brie and cranberry on both occasions. There was a surprising difference in the two meals with large amounts of filling in the bagel on the second occasion while the first time it had been a... More

I popped in here for a coffee during a long afternoon shopping. The cafe is not far from the centre of Galway. It has ample seating, mostly at small tables. There seems to be a reasonable range of food on offer but I decided not to eat. The staff were efficient but not especially friendly or helpful. The coffee was... More

Stumbled upon this little gem when looking for a breakfast place. Breakfast is served till at least 12.00. They offer a full Irish breakfast plus other options including pancakes, bagels and scones. The prices are reasonable around 7.50 for full Irish with coffee/tea and toast. The service is fast, friendly and efficient. The quality of the food is excellent -... More

This is my favorite cafe in Galway. I always feel relaxed and welcome here, whether I'm alone or with a friend. The really unusual thing about this cafe is that there's a really low turnover of staff. The small team of waitresses seem to be good friends and really enjoy working together. They've all worked there for a while and... More

For me living in the country outside Galway, coming into town is always an adventure. There are many unpredictable things about Galway, the weather, traffic into town, finding a parking place...but one place has always stayed consistantly reliable - Cafe Roscoe. The food choice is broad, from all sorts of combinations of sandwich, baps, wraps, lasagne to salads with everything... More
