After a long day of driving all over creation we mustered up the energy to come into O'Connor's for a pint. I knew I had to stop in after reading the reviews about this place. I can't even begin to tell you how awesome it is. This place would be a gem if it was in any country, but in... More

If your in Galway walk out to Salthills (not far) and give this place a go. Friendly, mad but very interesting decor and good beer and music.

You should visit. You will see why when you get there. The musicians are great also. Its the one place I take everyone who comes from overseas to visit to.

A quirky pub filled will all sorts of objects. We went in here to sample the Guinness and music, and wasn't disappointed with either. A most enjoyable evening, fantastic atmosphere and music.

After discovering this pub we went there every night. It is so low key and entertaining with a man playing the piano and another playing the guitar and everybody from all over the US and other countries joining in for a song. You can't eat there but that's OK. Visit it when you come to this area

Friendly, decorations on ceiling- lamps, pots, wagon wheel, fireplace blazing was welcoming touch. Live music, was good but mostly US music, very little Irish ballads. Great Guinness and other craft beer selection

It's an amazing place to see inside. We didn't stay long - so we missed the music but the Irish coffee was great and the people were very friendly.

This pub has a great atmosphere - it's certainly geared towards the tourists but that aside it offers fun, great live music and friendly staff. The interior décor is so eclectic, every inch of wall and ceiling has something to look at!! Suitable for all ages looking for a great night out!
