Went there with my boyfriend and i loved it! Location is simply breathless and food is really good and tasty, big portions and high quality. Service was really good and good balance between prices and what you get. Staff is friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed this place. I suggest you to go there and try!

Went to Padraicins to celebrate my Father's birthday. We had a lovely meal of roast beef (no yorkshires though!). Food was really tasty and ample portions! The waitress couldn't do enough for us and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had a table by the window with a lovely view - shame the weather wasn't as good! All in all, I... More

Been coming here for years with family and friends. Some of the best chowder around, washed down by lovely Bulmers or beer. Staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely lunch.

We had a pleasant meal in Padraicins overlooking Galway Bay. I ordered the Galway Bay salmon which was delightfully fresh and tasty, served on a bed of mashed potatoes and spring vegetables. My wife's battered cod was tasty but the chips were disappointing; obviously mass-produced pre-packaged fare. The local young lady who served us was attentive and friendly. Our meals... More

What a find, after going for a drive along the peninsula from Galway we saw this pub and thought we would give it a go. Thank goodness we did, the food was fantastic with my husband saying that the seafood chowder was the best he had in Ireland. (he tried a few!) The meals came out very quickly and were... More

My wife and I had lunch here a week ago. She was very happy with her chicken dish and I had the fish and chips, Both dishes were very generous. As the chips were thick, they would have benefited from another minute at a very high temeprature to finish them off. A larger plate would have been better. There is... More

We ordered cod, but the plate was half filled with chips, a quarter with salade and about 100 grams of cod. We also ordered noodles. These were served with too much sauce, it was almost a soup. Outside it claims to be a seafood restaurant, but there was little seafood on the menu. We do not recommand this restaurant.

Recently visited Padraicins for dinner on our way back from Inisheer Island. What a lovely place with super food :) I am coeliac and I was delighted with their great gluten free food options and they also have GF beer and cider available. The staff were really friendly and helpful and totally understood my requirements. It was a real pleasure... More
