Really good Indian menu with the food reasonably priced and the staff were really nice. The only complaint would be the garlic naan bread - wasn't too great. Apart from that am looking forward to eating there again. They also do takeaway and delivery.

Echoing contribution titled 'the finest' as also worried about some of the reviews here which are rubbishing the best indian restaurant Galway has. I love my indian food (having lived in Wembley/Harrow in north london for 7 years) and Kashmir is authentic. The Balti, House speciality and tandoori dishes are all excellent as is the naan bread. The only quibble... More

Tasty food - Reasonable prices - Many choices - Clean toilets - Good service   I really enjoyed eating is this restaurant. The food tasted fresh and nice. Not too salty, which I liked. The restaurant has a rather simple style, but that is what you expect.  It is rather informal, but it still feels like a real restaurant and you... More

Service superb. Food excellent. This place is one of the best Indian I have been so far. We will be back if we come by Galway again.

Visited on a Friday night, the restaurant was pretty dead, only about 10 other diners. We started with poppadoms but I don't think they were very fresh, think they'd been hanging around for a while. The pickles/chutneys weren't the best either. The food was just rather bland and tasteless; my chicken jalfrezi was missing the chillies (supposed to be hot).... More

Not much to say on this one, we had the chicken Tikka and nanns and forund the sauce was bland and flavourless, nanns were not much better. i was expecting more from this place as it looks well and the staff are friendly a shame in my opinion. We defo wont be back here as there is far better indian... More

I am getting concerned with some of the recent TA reviews on Galway. Some places masquerading under " yummy " reviews are little more than diner type places. BUT here we have an exception. Like all true Indian places there is no beef on the menu. Secondly it has a strong Kashmir influence in its cooking with plenty of prawn... More

Very nice restaurant in the centre of Galway. The staff was very friendly and quick. The food was delicious and so was the wine. I absolutely advice you to order some naan as a starter too. YUM

Food was lovely, went with the kids (7 & 10) and they enjoyed seeing the cooking in progress and loved theirs too.

I have been in Kashmir several times and it is always good. Very good service and food cooked very well, a bit pricey.
