We popped into this bar for a quick bite to eat before heading out for a few drinks. The restaurant was busy and we hadn't booked but we were shown to the bar and didn't have too long to wait for a table. My first choice meal had sold out but both our choices were perfectly fine. However, my boyfriend... More

Hi Sinead, Firstly thanks for your kind words on our food. Our specials do change everday, so come late in the evening we do sometimes sell out of them. I do apoligise if we caused offence by clearing your boyfriends plate before we claered yours. As we are not a fine dining restaurant this can happen sometimes ,we try make... More

We seem to always end up in the Dail at the end of the evening. Open late the Dail always is great craic. It typically busy with music and great drinks. Although I have never eaten at the Dail I would definitely recommend it as a great spot to stop in on a night out!

Love this place for Sunday lunch. It offers all the usual dishes such as roast beef and turkey and ham with all the trimmings. Desserts are really good also. Lovely open fire down stairs and loads of seating upstairs. Also shows all the sports on big tvs.

I have been a regular to the dail for a number of years. Always a great place for a pint, some decent food or to watch a match. I love having the stew or steak special. Always good value and served with a smile. Looking forward to my next visit.

I was in here last month for a seafood chowder and chips and a pint of Guinness. I am not going to waste my time writing a long list of its troubles because they did not spend any time preparing the food. The chowder was tasteless, and the chips tasted off, it might have been old oil or something but... More
