We had a wonderful experience at The Dáil Bar , We had our Christmas party there last night. I booked a party of 22 guests and we were treated like Kings. The entire night from beginning to end was nothing short of perfection. The meal was sumptuous filling and delicious. A perfect selection of choices, cooked superbly. The bar service... More

Stopped off here on a recent trip to Galway. Can't speak highly enough of this pub. Real Irish bar with open fire. The pints and food were spot on and the staff were great to chat with. Will be back again. Thank you.

Having been looking for a good local spot we asked and were told by a local who was working at a different bar that this was his favorite. We gave it a shot and we're not dissapointed. We had wings for an app that had a garlic/ sweet sauce....almost ruined our appetite for dinner they were so good. My fish... More

Appalling place. They waited til we had paid for 14 expensive drinks to tell us that the area we were standing in was reserved. As the pub was packed we had to leave!

Ate here one Friday evening after arriving to Galway late from work, hungry! I had steak my husband had a burger, both were good quality meat, nicely presented. Comfy clean bar with friendly staff. Nice glass of red, would definitely return for food when in Galway next.

Eat upstairs. My mom and I had so much fun though I was hoping she wasn't listening to the lyrics of the music! The music was a bit loud before some of the other tables filled up but then it was fine. Good food ,good atmosphere.
