Visited with another couple. Delicious food and great atmosphere. Located at Dun Laoghaire Pier, place has outside sitting area with nice view on the harbour front. (Did not risk it in February) 5 out of 5 for me, would recommend.

Beautiful purple warm surroundings, excellent menu choices and the food was superb. Our portions were ample and this place certainly cheered us up. Our... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants right now... Was there today & had steak & the chicken. Wine is always delicious as is the food especially the sauces. It sits on dun laoghaire harbour 2 mins walk from the dart station. The views over the harbour are delightful. The smell of lavendar oil burning & the chunks of amethyst... More

The front of house staff were excellent, they took our coats on arrival, asked how our meals were once or twice during each course (which i felt was perfect without being intrusive), gave us informed suggestions of the menu and were extremely friendly, efficient and professional. Purple Ocean are lucky to have them.... More
