Authentic Mexican in both atmosphere and dining

I've spent more than a night ot two here during my stays in Dublin. Walking through the doors is like crossing borders in a second, no passports needed. The interior is very authenthic, colourful and warm. The staff is welcoming and very service minded. I've had several of the dishes from the menu... read more

We really enjoyed our dinner at Acapulco. It was quite busy for a Monday night. The food was very good and service excellent. Try the fish tacos.

4 hungry colleens, 1 brave waiter, a few tough chefs, century's of groovy grub. Serendipity? Perfect storm? Normal night at Acapulco? Who am I to say. What I can say is next time I'm in Dublin they better have a table for me, or there'll be a row.

You generally can't go too far wrong with Mexican food and the food here was Ok - but it failed to excite. The atmosphere was good because the place was full on a Thursday evening, although a fairly minimal effort has been made to give the restaurant a Mexican feel. There is no draught beer (only small bottles) and a... More

Went to this restaurant with my daughters. The front of house manager Ben was very friendly and made us great cocktails to start our evening in Acapulco. The food was excellent, I had the mixed fajitas, chicken, beef and prawns. Lovely and spicy, I would highly recommend them. Lovely décor, very authentic.

I choose the restaurant for a party I was hosting and I am so glad I made this choice. Very nice ambiance, very peaceful and AMAZING FOOD. Tired nacho, Chimichaz and dry fried ice cream (Recommend this desert). Everything was really good and with authentic Mexican taste.

This is very good Mexican food - the pulled pork burrito and nachos are both highly recommended. They also do a terrific margarita. The atmosphere is lovely as is the service. It's a good idea to book, even if only a couple of hours ahead, because they are full all the time and you sometimes have to wait. I've been... More

This was a great place. Very traditional Mexican food and great value in a very expensive city. I had the pulled pork burrito which was chock full of pork. The spicy slaw was a good accompaniment and the fries had chilli flakes to give a bit of zing. Recommended.
