Original italian taste in friendly Dublin

This is a small restaurant with friendly staff and very nice dishes. The nice paintings on the wall give an Italian atmosphere en the nice dishes complete it all. For early diners there is a discount. It's really worth dining here.

On a one day trip to Dublin we were looking for a full Irish breakfast, never thought we would 'go Italian' but fair do's...it was really very good. It was freezing and wet so we were pleased to find it!! Food, coffee, service...all great. Highly recommended to one and all.

Absolutely gutted tonight after having what can only described as sloppy soup. I usually have the chicken with mushroom in a white wine sauce with fries and my partner gets chicken in pesto with pasta, both were delicious. However the restaurant has changed its menu and I can honestly say the dish I was served tonight could only be described... More

As we all know, authentic Italian dining is difficult to be had outside Italy at non-exorbitant pricing. We were there earlier this cold January evening and enjoyed several dishes of delightful genuine Italian composition and taste! We have only been away from Rome a few days and just cannot break ourselves from the desire to enjoy great Italian cooking whenever... More

This is a popular restaurant. It was packed the entire time we were there. It's only small so book if possible. The prices were reasonable, about €15 for a lasagne or pasta. Food was delicious and fresh. Service was excellent.

Her har vi vært før og vi var spent på om maten var like god nå...særlig fordi vi hadde med familie og hadde skrytt. Excellent! Very good pasta - nice portions. Friendly staff. Arrabiata was perhaps a bit too strong. We wanted half portion of carbonara for one Child but they could not... so that was a bit dissapointing. Otherwise;... More

We stayed right next door to this restaurant when we were in Dublin. The women working came to know what I wanted when I walked in the door, night after night, to get takeaway for my girlfriend and I. We also ate there several nights. The food is all prepared fresh, and it is delicious. Great desserts and good wines... More

PRO: Cute, LITTLE restaurant on Talbot St. Nice menu, good food & wine, good service, clean restrooms. Usually quite crowded with both "locals" & "tourists". We visited initially last year and we've been back twice this year. CON: service is almost TOO fast, we like to enjoy a drink BEFORE dinner, so, though we put off ordering our meal, it... More

Had lunch here one Sunday. Food and service was OK. No complaints but food was fairly average. They had a lunch time deal which worked out good value.

Just a quick pop in on the way past for breakfast. It had tables available which in the pouring rain was our main aim other than food! Tasty Irish breakfast alas no soda bread though. Good price.
