Cosy Italian with a family feel.

This restaurant had been recommended to us before we left home so we sought it out specifically. It was clearly a very populär place to eat, as every table was occupied throughout the time we were there. We both had main course pasta dishes which were very tasty, plus a shared mixed salad which... read more

We recently visited this cafe for breakfast, which was fantastic. The problem came in the evening when we went to get a table for dinner. The restaurant was very busy. We asked the waitress if we could have stable for two. She asked us to wait for ten minutes, while we stood outside the establishment, her colleague came out and... More

I always visit the Italian connection restaurant when I'm in Dublin. It's always on my to eat list and I've taken lots of friends there in the past. My last visit was disappointing. The incredible surly waitress was so off putting before we even started to eat. No please, no thank you I actually think she thought that working there... More

Popped in early evening and it was busy. The menu is typical Italian and they offer a Early Bird for about 15, which included starter, main and a glass of wine. We all went for the Early bird and had excellent and very tasty meatballs and soups. The main courses unfortunately could not keep up. A tasty sauce on a... More

The Italian Connection on talbot street in the heart of old Dublin offers a very reasonably priced menu. The flavours are truly Italian and the portions are perfect size. I have visited the Italian connection for lunch and evening meals and have not been disappointed yet. You will receive a friendly Irish Italian welcome for your entire visit.

I was with my girlfriend and I had a very good time. It is unfortunatly a bit a small room with too many guests. But the food (pasta, pizza) was very good and the price is good.
