The name change to P.Mac’s. This pub is located under the Drury Court Hotel. It was a little dark, but the pub has many beers on-tap and also in bottles (more than 100 different kinds). Many of them are american beers. Very nice place.

We stayed in the Drury Court Hotel and the Bia Bar is attached so stopped off here for a few tipples. A very helpful and attentive bar staff coped well with the very busy environment. Drinks here were good value for this area of Dublin and so this bar attracts a crowd. The bar is cosy and warm with lot's... More

The hotel uses this bar for it's breakfast / dining room. We prefer a separate breakfast room with full irish/English breakfast..

Everytime I make plans to meet people here I am pleasantly surprised by the food, atmosphere and comfort for a mid-week catch up.

My fish & chips were excellent, & my wife loved her salad. Rum menu (rum is a big growing niche in Dublin) was amazing. The bartenders are innovative & the service is unobtrusive & efficient.

A nice breakfast spot the doubles as a bar in the evening. The interesting part of the bar is the amazing artwork decorating the stairwell leading downstairs. The Kraken (large sea creature resembling an octopus) is masterfully depicted through two floors and the stairwell. Otherwise the breakfast was an option of a continental selection of meats, cheeses, and cereals/muesli or... More

We stopped by this place after we participated in the People's Parade in Dublin. The weather was cold and rainy. The waitress was extremely friendly and welcoming. It was really nice after we walked for miles. We just happened to stumble in during lunch. It was a nice place to take a meal and enjoy friends. The staff couldn't be... More

We didn't eat at Bia Bar, but the Guinness went down really well with the excellent live music. We were there on a Sunday night an heard Christy Daly and John Mulvill together, who apparently only play together there on Sundays...AMAZING show! A definitely must to visit Bia Bar on Sunday night!

I’m happy to have discovered such a lovely place. I had lunch here a couple of days ago with a friend. The food was perfect and the staff couldn’t be nicer. My friend ordered the goat’s cheese ciabatta; the smell was mouth-watering… I had the steak ciabatta and I actually got a steak (I’d say 4-6 oz) not those little... More
