Great food, great service

We enjoyed a four course meal as part of an overnight stay package in the hotel. The food and service were first class. I would highly recommend it. As part of a party of 12 - all 12 delighted with the quality of the food. Can't wait to go back.

Don't know if I just was caught up in the moment or just that I am a hopeless romantic, but everything about Clontarf Castle was just great. The service at the Fahrenheit was spot on. The food itself was some of the best I have ever eaten. I had dinned here in 2011 and had a great experience but not... More

My husband and I enjoyed a stunning 4 course meal at the Farenheit grill. Each course was as tasty ad the last. Impeccable service and presentation. We will be back!

Had dinner at the restaurant on our first night at the hotel and enjoyed ourselves very much. Food was gluten free and the steaks were very tasty and perfectly prepared. My sirloin was delicious and rare, my wife's fillet medium and, she says, great. Ice-cream disappointing and not up to the main course's standards. Bread delicious and the wine list... More

Have eaten recently ,after a long time. The food was really excellent the service was also very good. Could do with a wider dessert menu.Slection not to my taste . However it could suit others. The ambience of the restaurant is also very good ,and the staff were very attentive . As its located within a Four StarHotel the prices... More

The Staff who were friendly and very professional, the excellent service they gave made you feel, very special indeed and that you were part of the Castle Surroundings. Myself and my Niece opted for the Early Bird Menu. A very reasonable priced 2 / 3 course menu, I opted for the Roulade of Irish Salmon and Soft Herbs for starter,... More

According to Clontarf Castles website, the Fahrenheit Grill is regarded as one of the finest restaurants in Dublin. The room is a splendid setting and the hotel has been refurbished, but unfortunately, my expeeience reminded me of the food from 1980 both in terms of the offering available and the standard of cuisine. If a picture is worth thousand words,... More

Went for dinner here with a group of four last night. The food was outstanding - was particularly impressed that they cooked my Dad's steak to his liking (a little overcooked but tender). He said it was melt in the mouth and perfect. His millionares fries and peppercorn sauce were delicious too. I had panseared seabream and gnocci with basil... More
