This restaurant has seen better days. The decor is really dated and even if that is their point, it is not done well. The staff were nice and we find it hard to get used to the rather new system of one server taking your order and you never see the person again with different staff bringing the food. The... More

I was in Joel's with my family on Monday 21/07/2014, they weren't busy, in fact it's the only time we have been there that we got seated immediately. Service was poor, I can understand long waits when it's busy but not when 3/4 of the restaurant is empty. Got order wrong and didn't cook steaks correctly. Way below their usual... More

Food is typical diner type food but we enjoyed it and there's a massive selection! Staff seem genuine and helpful so we decided to tip- we ll definitely be back at some stage!

Excellent food. Cocktails are good too! Service from Rachel was very good, took time to listen to my children and excellent service. Overall very good meal in a family friendly restaurant. Shuttle bus from campsite was a definite bonus!

This restaurant was very busy when I arrived with my partner, but we got a table after 10 minutes. Our waitress (Jenifer) was very nice and pleasant. We waited roughly 10 minutes for our food, but the restaurant was packed so this was understandable. The portions are big and hearty. I had the chicken curry stir fry which was very... More

Second very poor meal in Joel's in a row. The waitress was very nice and also helpful but the incompetent waiter who brought the food didn't bother to bring us any condiments we asked for. After relenting from the last bad meal I have promised the unconcerned manager that I will NEVER be back.

My husband and I just showed up on a Friday evening and even though they were busy we were shown a table straight away. Our waiter was friendly and very helpful. Food came out quick enough considering how busy they were and it was both plentiful and delicious! Would certainly go back without hesitation.
