great food, great price

We were staying in the Temple Bar area and got in very late. Someone recommended this restaurant and we ended it up grabbing it for late night snacks multiple nights. Very, very delicious!

This is a good place for lunch or EARLY dinner. Decent kabab, but then I've eaten kabab all over the world including the Middle East. I also live in NYC where there is kabab on every corner. Portions are generous, and the prices are good. I recommend the koner kabab or the steak kabab. NOTE: Avoid this place late at... More

Zaytoon have two restaurants, one in central Dublin, the other in the south city, serving eastern mediterrranean classics with a Persian flavour. No alcohol, but who needs it at lunch? The food is great, the portions generous, and the prices will please the budget-conscious visitor as well as locals. You order, take a ticket, find a seat, and wait to... More

Our concierge directed us to Zaytoon and Yelp said it was the best kabab option in Dublin. WRONG. Meet was a bit off, service was brusque at best. Ok place if you have six children as that seemed to be the common theme with other diners.

Been going here for ages. When I park the car this is the first place I head. It's become such a ritual that friends know exactly where to meet me and predictive text in my phone learned "Zaytoon" long ago! The shish is delish. The fresh-baked breads are the selling point for me.

Let me begin. I visited Zaytoon's twice in April 2015, both times at around 2am. The kebabs and other offerings, such as chips and canned drinks are competitively priced and extremely tasty. They even make a small effort with the salad. The staff were fantastic and even down-sold us on a portion of chips when we were potentially making an... More

Don't let the late night clientele of this joint put you off! The food in here is great for soakage, but its also very tasty. Its great for a cheap, filling lunch during the day too. All their bread and hummus is made fresh on site, and it tastes like it too. My weakness is for the bread and hummus... More

Good Persian influenced kebabs with decent prices. I would visit again when next in Dublin. The location is also super central so much better than having some fast food burger as the food is all freshly prepared.

I wish I tried it the first day arrived to Dublin. Food is really delicious specially the Kebab. However, its smelly at the back side tables. Should have a partition between backend and near table.

Best kebabs in Dublin! The kind of kebabs you don't feel guilty for eating midday after a swim. Nice service as well :)
