Good food, fast turnaround from order to delivery to the table. Staff are friendly; but very busy. This bar on a decent day or a bank holiday is incredibly busy and will have outdoor BBQs in the summer. Good place for a group of people but pre-booking is needed for groups!

A group of 10 of us visited this restaurant because it looked interesting (being a converted church) and they advertised riverdancing. Everthing started reasonably well with a table on the balcony. he service was prompt and efficient. With the drinks we ordered water which came in bottles. Later, other diners were given a free jug of water with ice and... More

We went based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent! Everyone was attentive and made sure our needs were met. It is inside a refurbished church and looks absolutely stunning! The food was very good and if you have a sweet tooth you must try a dessert. The creme brûlée is still talked about! We... More

This is by far one of the most unique places I've ever been! I'm sitting at the bar in a gorgeous old church with a Guinness in my hand listening to an amazing Irish band playing traditional music mixed with southern rock with Irish dancing every two songs with what has to be one of the best bartenders in the... As it was a hot day we enjoyed sitting in the outside area where there was a Barbecue. Staff were friendly. There was 6 of us and we were helped to find a suitable table. Not all of the party ate but those who did enjoyed the food which was well presented and a nice atmosphere throughout.

I have been twice to this restaurant, on both occasions you wait forever to get seated, even when we asked staff twice for a table. The food looks nice but doesn't live up to expectations and very overpriced, much nicer places near by for less. I wont be going back

Thank you for your comments we are always happy to receive feedback. We operate a free seating policy in the bar (the main floor) and out on the terrace where customers find their own tables so I am not so sure why you would be waiting to be seated as we dont seat customers. For the gallery restaurant (on the... More

I picked the Church for my Wife's Birthday and Boy were we overwhelmed! The welcome from the second that you walked through the door to the sad moment when we had to leave was exceptional. The atmosphere in the Gallery Restaurant is incredible, the staff so, so friendly and as for the food, wow!!! The fillet steak was one of... More

My family and I had a really nice lunch at The Church on one of our afternoons in Dublin. This place was a welcome change from some of the more traditional, touristy pubs. We felt like we were mostly dining among locals, and though the meals were maybe a couple Euros more than we would have paid in a pub,... More
