We just had bar food, didn't go to The Gallery Restaurant upstairs. We had beef and guinness stew and a steak sandwich. Both were very well cooked and delicious. The bar itself is absolutely beautiful and it's a lovely place for either a drink or some food in the city centre.

Went to the church for a meal with friends. The staff were all very nice. But in all honesty the food and beer is average and it is a bit pricey. The meals and drinks were delivered in good time. One of our group had a pint of Guinness and didn't finish it as it wasn't good ! Friends from... More

Amazing food, Atmosphere & Staff. I would have thought the church would be up there a little more in the ranking as i would visit here a fair bit and have always had a great experience!! I love the interior & the sun trap out the back.. always a favourite place of mine to visit when the sun is shinning!... More

This restaurant is at the end of the shopping district off O'connell street. A great stop while shopping we went for lunch. The setting is a restaurant in an old church. The ambiance was relaxed and open. The food was delicious and fresh. We had hamburgers, fish and chips, bagel sandwiches, and beef stew. All more tasty than the next.... More

We reserved in the restaurant for a late dinner on a friday night and got a great table with view on the organ. The atmosphere is amazing immediately when you enter The Church. The whole place was packed, lively and a bit loud, but it belongs to the atmosphere. We ordered sea bass and monkfish, both were good but nothing... More

We had a dinner to the restaurant, the food was very good, and the service too. The location is very particular and suggestive, and we were really lucky because we found a live concert with excellent young musiciants! It was an unforgivable experience and after all we spent not so much thanks to the "early bird" menu.

I went for the work party. Always the worry with work parties is the food will be poor as their is such a rush to get everybody served but it was very nice. Friendly staff and the church setting is great.

Just had a great evening at 'The Church.' Although initially it was a little strange to see a Church turned into a bar/restaurant, it grew on me. Beautiful stained glass windows, huge organ pipes, interesting plaques, verses…We made the journey to Dublin especially for a dear friends 30th and got the royal treatment. We were seated in the Gallery restaurant... More

I booked through email from Malaysia for 2145h as my plane was arriving late. When I landed I emailed to say that I was running late and may miss the 2200h kitchen closing. I got back an email to say that they would try and see if they could still get a meal served for me. When I got in,... More

Hey all, I love this restaurant pure and simple. I always take the parental units here for a meal every time I visit the City for the odd weekend.
