Quality, Fresh food and good coktails

I went there with my team last night, we were a total of 30 people or so and were located over 3 tables; food was great, we ordered sushi, sashimi, duck, bento boxes, some cocktails (lychee cocktail is amazing). Very good service also. The only downside for me was the price. A 10% service charge... read more

We used to be regulars here, but the quality of the food and service has deteriorated so much that we won't be back any time soon. Today's sushi was some of the worst I've ever had - we ordered the unagi, crayfish with spicy mayo and the spicy kimchee tuna. The tuna tasted off and we couldn't actually eat it.... More

Really tasty but the food has changed over the last few years, I think they are tailoring it more to 'European' tastes (mayo in the noramaki sushi rolls for example) but I still enjoy it. Portion sizes have also shrank in the past few years and prices have increased. Overall good though, try the Japanese ale

My absolute favourite go to for sushi etc. The food is so flavoursome and fresh and the interior is bright modern and comfortable. An authentic experience all in all, would recommend for sushi fanatics or people wanting to try for the first time! Staff all very friendly and helpful, can't fault them. While the food is expensive it's absolute worth... More

Went here on our last night in Dublin for a big blow out. I ordered a veggie bento box and it was absolutely massive, the biggest bento box I've ever had in a restaurant! loved my vegetable tempura. My boyfriend ordered tofu steak which was massive and delicious! we drank plum wine and saki. Everything was so spot on. The... More

Couldn't recommend this place more for a Japanese meal. It's just as good as it's twin in George st. When you are finished you'll book for the next day again

What a fantastic evening... We booked a table here about a week before we arrived and I'm glad we did. The place was packed! You have an option here to go for a "deal" or order what you like. The deal was any 3 dishes for 22 euro or 5 for 35 Euro, bearing in mind that the average dish... More

Looks small from exterior but goes way out the back and widens out. Just facing Halfpenny Bridge! We where there around 5pm it was getting busy, no reservation needed. Sushi not my thing so I had teriyaki haddock. It came on a bed of fresh veg, rice & sauce on the side. Really delicious, fish was gorgeous. My husband &... More

This is, by far, the best sushi restaurant in Dublin. Lovely buzzy atmosphere and the smiliest staff around. They have sushi specials which are great for sharing and unlike any sushi you will see anywhere in Ireland, or the UK for that matter. Good value and excellent quality.
