Revieved a flyer for this resturant whilst walking through the Temple Bar area. After reading the 2 course deal for 18 euro we were amazed! We decided to give the restuarant a go as it seemed such a good price in comparison to many of the over priced restuarants in that area. So glad we did, as the food is... More

We had the lunch special (9.99). I had the beef stew which was excellent. The mash potatoes were served on the side-which was a surprise since everything else we ate in Ireland had the potoatoes in it. My husband had fish and chips which got a few oohs and ahhhs and was great for the price.

Our party of six was wandering though Temple Bar in Dublin and got talked into eating at the Old Mill. It was reasonably small and we wondered how good the food would be. We need not have worried. It was great and the service was very good.

I was in Dublin on vaca with my boyfriend. We stayed in Temple Bar on Fleet Street. One night we went walking, looking for a place to eat. After we stopped at the one I found on Trip Advisor and saw they had a 45min wait for 2, we kept walking. Someone handed us a menu for this place and... More

My wife and I were in the Temple Bar area on Sunday evening 15 Sept 2014. We went to The Old Mill Restaurant and were thrilled with the level of service and the Quality of the food we received. We both ordered the Grilled Salmon and Prawn Bisque followed by the Dubliner Burger with all the trimmings. The starter inspired... More

Spent quite a bit on a two course meal, but the food was good and I can't complain. I had bangers and mash and a caesar salad.

I recommend the cottage pie and apple crumble. The food was delicious, there was a nice atmosphere and the prices were really reasonable.

We ended up here after looking for somewhere to eat for a while. It has a great value 2 course menu. My partner had the stew which he said was lovely whilst I had the steak, which unfortunately was asked for medium/rare and was more well done unfortunately and the reason for my low score as the steak was chewy... We had evening dinner here, the atmosphere was that of a lovely quaint pub with interesting artefacts/stories on the wall. The food was really lovely, great choice of menu including traditional pub food options with big portions. Value for money as well as there was a starter and main course deal option. Will definitely be back here.

Conveniently located in Temple Bar street. Very nicely decorated. Great food. Big portions. Decent prices. Good service. You seat very close to your neighbors but it's part of the personality of the place.
