Cozy spot in the hussel of Temple Bar

Needed to grab dinner late (after 9:30PM) and wasn't far from Old Mill which closes at 10:30 I believe. Located at the north side of a small square, Old Mill is up a flight of stairs. Could be a bit hard to spot but they had a sidewalk sign and a girl handing out brochures. The place isn't very... read more

The Lamb Shank was incredible. The meat just fell off the bone. My buddy had the Fish and Chips and it was yummy. Great atmosphere and wait staff. Warm and friendly. Highly recommend a visit. Touristy location but not s tourist trap. Enjoy!

My partner and I visited this restaurant on our last night in Dublin. I cannot complain about the food, which was delicious. The staff were fantastic. However we had eaten in the pub next door, The Quays previously and was disappointed to discover that the menu in the Old Mill, was exactly the same as the menu in The Quays.... More

I have been here twice and everytime I have found good atmosphere and great food. I advised to share a starter with friends and after to eat a main course obviously with a good Irish beer. To try absolutely the Baileys cheesecake and the Irish coffe. In summer it could happen to wait for a table. We spent 30-35 Є... More

Had our best meal during our stay in Dublin here! All dishes that we had were absolutely delicious and staff were lovely. Despite being completely full service was efficient too

A friendly girl stopped us in the street and showed us the lunch menu which all cost 10€. When we arrived at the top of the stairs we were greeted by a friendly waitress who took our order. The food was absolutely beautiful and the portion was more than ample! We left 2 very satisfied and stuffed customers!

27.7.15 - It was the last meal for me and my sin before we headed home the next day. I had Wislock lamb and my son had the traditional fish and chips. The meals are of large size. The restaurant is of traditional Irish surrounding. Which is great. Theirs alot of memorabilia to look at to give jt a great... More

Great food, a little expensive, but good service and nice ambiance. We would definitely go back, given the opportunity.

This place is in the centre of Temple Bar and as you eat there is so much atmosphere, the music and laughter drifting in from outside. The decor is homely but quite touristy and fairly dark, but nothing too bad. The staff were friendly, but did take a little longer than desirable to get around to taking our order. The... More
