Food is lovely with great variety and plenty of options with tapas. The lunch and early bird menu are good value. I recommend the spud skins... Just one thing is they took my favourite the gratin potato off the menu... It was really the best grattin potato I ever had- please put it back on the menu! 🙏

Tapas are a delight, they invite sharing which adds to the social experience. They are great on flavour and the quantity allows for exploring. Not too big not too small. This restaurant had the caring attitude to send out one of their Spanish staff to meet my Spanish friend who was visiting Ireland for the first time. Between Tania and... More

Dined here over the weekend, had a selection of tapas & some paella, all of which was delicious. The wine selection on offer is also very good. The décor in the restaurant is very nice, with lots of candle light. Service was polite & efficient, would definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I visited here on a whim when we trying to find a nice looking place to eat! Even though we had no idea what Tapas were, we were feeling adventurous! I'm delighted we were! It was such an amazing meal, with wonderful service and a beautiful interior in the restaurant also. It was cosy, with dimmed lighting,... More

Salamanca for lunch is a favourite of mine. Their winter lunch menu is great value with tasty food for €10 (Steak or fish have a supplement, but only €1 or €2). There is a good variety of starters and mains so everyone should be happy. My personal choice is mostly calamari to start, with a steak main, their chips are... More

Visiting Dublin with a friend and thought we would try this restaurant. Busy Saturday night, without having booked a table, I was surprised for the host to take us to a table within 2 minutes. Early menu of 3 tapas for €16.50 was great. The black pudding was very tasty and the paella was moist, where in other tapas restaurants... More

Stumbled across this when exploring Grafton Street & got hungry. Went in here as looked a good menu. We ordered & the food was absolutely unreal. Best tapas restaurant I've been to & the mini fillet steak was cooked to perfection. First class.

From my previous reviews, you may know I'm a big fan of Salamanca. Have been here a good few times for tapas and decided to book a table for lunch on the Saturday before Christmas with my mum and sister as we were doing some shopping in town and getting our hair done. Booked a table in advance for 3pm;... More

I have dined here before so when the rain poured on a dreary evening I headed for here knowing that the food is always good. The 3 tapas for €16.50 allows one to sample the menu. Salamanca serves decent wines by the glass and is fair on the wine prices.
