Tapas galore!

My companions had never eaten tapas before but were willing to give it a try as the restaurant had a good ambience and they were offering a taster platter with a glass of sangria. This made ordering a lot simpler. First we ordered a pitcher of cocktails which turned out to be larger than expected... read more

OK, so having Spanish food in Ireland may seem a bit strange, but this was one of the best dinners we had during our entire time in Ireland. Great food, great service.

My husband, brother-in-law and I ordered 3 dishes each, with approval of our waiter. Delicious, oh my! We enjoyed every bite. The restaurant is very small, we arrived on a week-night with no reservation, and luckily had a table right away. The noise level is high, the energy is very good, the wait-staff very attentive. We'll return. Make a reservation... More

I was in Salamanca yesterday with friends for dinner. I had been for lunch recently and thought it was worth another visit! The staff are attentive and friendly. The food is lovely and they have a great selection. The lamb chops are gorgeous! I will be back again.

To our surprise we found this phenomenal restaurant in Dublin. The variety of tapas is great both for vegetarians and meat eaters. The environment is cozy but still very refined. Food quality is excellent. Wine selection of Spanish grapes was very good. To no surprise service was excellent. Irish people are the nicest!

A very busy restaurant but it does not affect the enjoyment of the good food & service. Good selection of various foods on the menus.

I had a dinner at Salamanca and it was quite disappointing .There was no enough staff and the staff wasn't friendly or helpful. I had couple of drinks and all of them had a lack of taste ( eg.: expresso martini very watery and black russian without any sign of vodka. ) The food was ok. Nothing special

Fabulous dinner at Salamanca in Dublin. We were greeted warmly by the proprietor on our arrival having made a reservation via menupages.ie, offered a table on the window, and sent two glasses of sparkling wine on the house. The menu was extensive, the service warm and attentive, and food of good portions and wonderful flavor. We are early in a... More

Enjoyed sampling several dishes. The Grilled pork and the Shrimp dishes were excellent. I highly recommend them. The Scallops dish was worth trying; they were perfectly cooked and served over black pudding. Reasonably priced. Very busy place so consider making a reservation for groups.
