We brought out two girls there for a birthday lunch. The food order wasn't placed and the kids were starving. When we asked about it the maitre came down shouting that it want ncdonalds. McDonald's wouldn't treat customers like this. He had my ten ur old girls crying on her birthday. Shame on him. Don't go here under any circumstances.

Visited here Thursday night with a friend. It was packed so we thought this was a good sign. Very nice man at the door welcoming everyone,I assume the proprietor. We waited almost 40 minutes to get our food which was ridiculous,I wasnt impressed with mine, chicken kiev(€17.50-An insane price for what it was)with very bland pasta, nothing different to the Moy Park fillets... we visited here for dinner on Saturday the 13th December - we had no booking but the restaurant was able to take us. Food was lovely - I had the special - suckling pig and this was delicious. My partner had a pizza and this was also very good. Staff a bit all over the place with so many on... More

I work in the area of Pizza Stop but have never eaten there as it looks pretty dated from outside. I was recently shopping with my family & we popped ones it was raining & I was glad we did. The staff were great with my daughter & the food was surprisingly good. We ordered lasagna, the porchetta & kids... More

I've been a big fan of Pizza Stop for many years now. Got introduced to the place by my cousin and I've been going back ever since. Great selection of pizzas and pasta dishes plus some daily blackboard specials and traditional Italian dishes. Prices are very reasonable and the service is great. The owner and staff and pizza chefs are... More

They make great Pizzas here. There other Italian food is good too. The staff are pleasant but almost too attentive. We were pestered at our table by a small black fly - fortunately it stayed out of the Chardonnay! They could usefully invest in an electronic fly zapper. That apart it was a very pleasant meal

We tried to eat here this evening - myself, my husband and our two daughters. On approaching the restaurarnt we could see that there were lots of free tables and as it was 6pm on a Saturday we did not expect to have a problem getting a table. However on approaching the restaurant, we were met with a door notice... More

Our meal consisted of meatballs with a little spaghetti on the side (me), my wife had tagliatelle ortolana. Beverages were a beer and a glass of tap water. The food was good, nothing to complain about. But the prices in Ireland are simply breathtaking. Keep in mind it was not just this restaurant, but ALL of Ireland. For this meal... More

Unfortunate name though as it invokes cheap pizza by the slice at worst and Papa Huts at best. Instead it is an affordable Italian restaurant that can hold its own with any Italian joint between Milan & New York. We went twice and picked this spot for our last meal of the trip. Between us, we had penne arrabiata three... More
