Not very nice

Have visited this restaurant many times and always found the food to be delicious. However, having visited the restaurant on Sunday 10th January I would think twice about returning. I was with my 12 year old nephew who was frozen and we thought a nice warm restaurant would heat us up. No. The place... read more

Called in before panto and had two good pizzas and the meatballs which consists of 3 egg size meatballs and very little but tasty sauce with fries or pasta(spaghetti) and at 16 euros for meatballs is a bit expensive for what you get although I did enjoy them once topped up with a slice of my wife's pizza, all in all... I have just left this place after 32 minutes we managed to order, eat starters and mains and pay! The service was appalling, the food was horrendous-there is no way this food was fresh! We were really gutted as we wanted a lovely meal on our last night.....we should have listened to the other reviews but we thought it looked... More

After 15 years of having a family Christmas meal at Pizza Stop I am sad to say the tradition is now finished, total rip off. 2 x Garlic bread with mozzarella ordered, got a single slice of bread with some garlic butter no cheese. Crostini with anchovies ordered got a slice of bread with some tomato puree an cheap cheese,... More

Another visit and the same again, suckling garlic and rosemary pork lion is amazing. Simply served with veg is a great idea. Always found the staff to be friendly and happy to serve, you treat people how you want to be treated and have also enjoyed the restaurant hence been visiting the last few years !

I was out with my children in town late one evening they were tired and hungry and only wanted pasta. We in Grafton street and wondered past his place - I should have realised when I saw the sign No buggies. I decided to leave my battered old buggy outside there were plenty of free places and as we approached... More

I went there with a Friend to have dinner before heading out on a Saturday night and soon after we opened the door, someone managing the restaurant (owner?!) Was not pleasant with us at all. He ordered a pizza that came with very few ingredients just in the centre of the pizza and I decided to try a lasagna with... More

Good points: fast service, table available immediately, nice decoration which could make you feel in a small familial restaurant Bad points: food quality (the prices are not high but you can get much better around for Italian food). I really felt in a fast food, not in a restaurant.

Stopped by for lunch one Friday. It was quite for Friday lunch time. Our pizza and lasagne where good, service was good but we felt that the staff could have been more cheerful.
