Pizza Stop is a Dublin city institution and favourite of mainly locals, even been known to host the occasional party for one of Ireland's top rock bands ,,,,,,, I always say follow the name and go for Pizza! For starter the stuffed mushrooms are my favourite!

A little hard to find the restaurant, but just off Grafton St near St Stephens Green Park. Spaghetti and pizza were absolutely wonderful.

I was going out for a pizza with my sister and my teenage nephew and my sister chose Pizza Stop as she had been here a few years ago. The waiters all seem to be Italian, service is excellent as there are so many of them. Even though it was 6 p.m. on a Friday evening, we got a table... More

Went with my wife. Starter of Crostini (4 Euro) was a joke: two small pieces of bread with about a teaspoon of sauce (with no taste) and a few flakes of basil. Stuffed mushrooms (7 Euro) had two large mushrooms and mine was burnt. Pizza (Isabella Rossellini, 12 Euro) had very little flavor. (They add a 5% service charge.) Latest... More

Really enjoyed this place last night. Lovely holiday vibe - if you can't afford a trip to Italy, check this place out. Food is plain but very clean - no over-doing it with creamy sauces. Something lovely about the atmosphere. Staff very nice but not falsely over-doing it. House red is lovely as is the Peroni! I had gnocchi and... More

What's not to like. Cheap and cheerful with the best pizza in Dublin. The manager is top class and service great. City centre location. Should b a lot higher in trip advisor ratings

Italian restaurants can be a mixed bag of pleasure and peril. Like the people, the cuisine, or should I say, cucina? can be temperamental. So, concistency can be an asset. I've been eating in Pizza Stop for more than 20 years and yes, there have been bad times but they are far outmatched by the good times and totally eclipsed... More

I have been to this this restaurant many times with my friends and family. Every time I have been there I have found the food so tasty and delicious. The pasta, porchetta and the T-steak are all beautiful dishes. The friendly Italian staff and great atmosphere with the cosy little chequered tables, makes you feel like your in Italy!!! By... More

Last weekend we had the pleasure of our 2nd visit to this place and once again it didn't disappoint. The food was excellent, from the delicious prawn starters, to pastas and the best pizza ever....I would love to be there now. In fact I was trying to find this place online all week so I could review as I had... More
