Delicious Italian ford in a relaxed atmosphere.

The food is very good as is the service. We loved that the service people were all Italian. We have had dinner and lunch there and enjoyed both.

I have been at Dunne and Crescenzi a few times, once in Sandymount and a couple of times in South Frederick St., and I always enjoyed the experience very much. The food is really tasty and high-quality, portions are satisfying and, most importantly, that is REAL Italian cuisine! Waiters are attentive and the restaurants are nicely decorated, with a cozy... Was there Friday night with friends. Immediately seated and given menu's. We ordered the House red as we overheard the table beside saying how nice it was! We all ordered the burschette to start and it was simply divine with amazing flavours. For mains, we ordered Lasagne, Chicken & mushroom ravioli, house side salads and another bottle of house red!... Was introduced to this place by an acquaintance on my last night in Ireland. The walls had wine racks from floor to ceiling and the customers seemed to be mostly locals out for dinner after work. Had a Rosotto(which was excellent) & chocolate gauche dessert. Hidden away on a side street, this little gem is a must.

Myself and my friends have been coming here since day one - way back when Dunne and Crescenzi first opened on St. Frederick street. We've loved it and still continue to come regularly. But in recent years, it has lost a little of what once made it for us. The food can be very hit and miss, the portions often... More

From the second we entered this restaurant, our main reaction was how come we were not here before. We arrived for dinner, without a reservation and when we saw how busy it was we were expecting to be turned away. However a very friendly staff member showed us to a table immediately. First impressions were very good, the restaurant, which... More

On a theatre night out in Dublin, myself and one of my sisters had a light pre theatre meal in this very atmospheric Italian restaurant. We did not pre book a table, and on arrival we were seated immediately by very friendly staff. The menu is quite comprehensive with simple though appetising meals to choose from. We both decided on... More

Think I just discovered a new favourite restaurant in Dublin. Went here for dinner and although I had not made a reservation the waiter gave us a warm welcome and had plenty of patience to assist with questions about the menu. Had bruchetta for starter and squid-ink tagliolini frutti di mare for mains, accompanied by lovely wine upon recommendation from... More

Hands down the best Italian in Dublin, it really is that simple. Lots of pretenders and trendy new restaurants have opened and even popped up - but none can claim the crown. Everything on the menu is worth trying, I've brought people from abroad and home here and from all walks of life - all have immediately wanted to return.... More

Very conveniently located but also has a great feel and atmosphere. Had post rugby dinner there and the ambience was great. Although very busy service was good and friendly. Very comprehensive menu and good wine selection. Had sharing selection to start plus Parma ham stuffed with goats cheese which was delicious. Pasta dish on the specials board (chilli pasta with...
