Great Italian in Dublin

Great food at Dunne & Crescenzi if you're looking for Italian while in Dublin. An easy walk from downtown hotels as well. Tables are a little too close together and spotty service resulted in a 4 vs. a 5. Definitely need reservations for an evening meal as the place was packed when we were there... read more

Not bad, but should be better. Bit cramped, mediocre dishes, decent service but nothing special. Excellent wines though.

For the life of me I can't understand how Dunne & Crescenzi is not rated in the top 10 restaurants in Dublin.. Our meal was supurb, the service wonderful and the ambiance is great, in a very casual way. We started with four orders of bruschetta and moved on to four absolutely delicious pasta entrees. Along the way, we managed... More

If you are in Dublin dreaming of real Italian cooking this is the right place. A good selection of tipical dishes made from fresh foods imported from Italy. Very nice the atmosphere in the restaurant and kind and friendly the service. Good value for money.

Great Italian food, fantastic wine list, very good ambience, superb service. It's a walking distance from the Westbury where we stayed, great recommendation by the concierge.

I love Italian food. I love bean stews. I love cooking. All this said, I was very much looking forward to my meal at Dunne and Crescenzi on South Frederick in Dublin. It instantly caught my eye. When I saw the menu, I knew I had to stay. I took a table outside and ordered the Tuscan Sausage and Borlotti... More

The food was incredible! I had gnocchi with bolognese sauce and it was heavenly! My husband and son both had the delicious lasagne! Appetizer of buffalo mozzarella with prosciutto with fig sauce and it was unbelievable! Two really wonderful bottles of wine and terrific service! One of the best meals we had in all of Ireland!

I went here on a recommendation. I was not disappointed. The food was really good. I had the special of lamb ravioli and it was extremely good. The wine list was good, not especially good value or extensive but we managed to find a decent red. We managed to get in before the crowds started to queue. Apparently the prices... More

The restaurant feels very authentic. The pasta is incredibly fresh, and the staff handles the busy lunch hour very well. If you're in Dublin and craving good, mid-price Italian, don't miss this.
