First time at Saba. Really enjoyed the food there and the staff were extremely attentive. Went as a group of work mates and ordered a mix of starters. I was really impressed with the smoked trout appetizer - brilliant! The calamari was cooked perfectly and everything else got better from there. I'd certainly recommend you take a visit, but we... I stopped by Saba last night with my wife and young baby. The manager was most welcoming & helpful and sorted us out with a table that was perfect for a couple with a pram. We shared the Smoked Trout Mieng Kam, which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. My wife LOVED the dish. For mains I had Duck with... More

Fantastic food, great menu choices, professional and friendly staff, comfortable surroundings. All in all a really top restaurant and would highly recommend a visit. The 'Hake in Banana Leaf' was fantastic and cant wait to go back for seconds.

Went to Saba recently and initially was put off at how few items on the menu were gluten free. However, that was short lived as I was informed that the majority of the items could be adapted for a coeliac. That being said, there are very few gluten free starters/appetizers to choose from, as I gazed bitterly at my gf... More

We had a staff night out in Saba Monday gone. I can honestly say that it was one of the most enjoyable meals that I have had in a long time. The flavours in the food were amazing (probably the best wings I have ever had). My 12 staff had never been here before and were all blown away by... More

I hate leaving giving bad reviews but I was extremely disappointed with Saba last night. I popped in for a meal with the girls before a show at the Gaiety. The place was buzzing, the cocktails were lovely and the maître d was very friendly and welcoming. However, I was really let down by the food. I often order the... More

Dear Sir/Madam, Many thanks for your review. We are delighted that you enjoyed the cocktails and service however without a shadow of a doubt we did not meet your expectations on the evening. It's obvious that you were looking for the chicken version of our very popular Massaman curry, however whether there was some confusion over the lamb reference you... More
