Probabily one of the best place to eat in the city centre. Authentic Thai food and great cocktails! It is always busy so you need to book in advance. I always get the black pepper squid and the Phad Thai and everything is very fresh. A bit expensive but it worth a visit!

Creature of habit I am. I always have the black pepper squid and then the Phad Thai. Always fresh, always tasty. Mostly come here at lunch, definitely book if you're coming for dinner. Reasonable prices for town.

Saba was recommended to us by our concierge and we were so glad it was! The ambiance was more upscale than the common pub atmosphere of Dublin. All the servers and hosts were so accommodating and friendly. We were able to get a table on a Tuesday without a reservation but it was fairly busy. We both ordered the vanilla... More

I was here with my husband and another couple a week ago. The restaurant is located just off Grafton Street in the city centre. It was my first time there. The waiter seated us at a table where the seats have seatbacks, probably because we are all over 50. Other tables have seats which don't have seat backs. The food... More

Took part in a Thai cookery course here with Executive Chef Tao. Starting with traditional breakfast and learning about common ingredients. Then on to a series of demos and samplers of a variety of dishes. Amazing food. A trip around an Asian supermarket was next followed by ....... Lunch. Blimey. We were stuffed with awesome food. Now inspired to get... More

We had heard good things about Saba, and we are both fans of Thai food, so Saba sounded like a winner. We turned up in trainers and walking clothes after a day of sightseeing, and felt slightly under dressed. The fact it was so busy and the dress of the clientèle may suggest this is a popular spot for after... More

When Saba opened in Dublin in the noughties it replaced my favourite Indian restaurant, Rajdoots. I thought this Thai/Vietnamese thing was going to be a flash in the pan, a fashion for a time. Saba has stood the test of time, and for very good reasons. My latest foray there was for a late office lunch. The restaurant was running... More
