Excellent Dinner

Had an excellent Asian Dinner. The starters were good and the main was lovely. The resturant can get a bit noisy during peak hours but no one seemed to mind.

Went here late it was busy but we were seated and sorted within 15 minutes of arriving with great food and a very quaffable red. Our waitress was exceedingly attentive and friendly so much so that we were persuaded to have desserts that the waistlines could have done without! Great place.

...but food perhaps a bit over priced for dinner. Don't get me wrong it was delicious, mains were more than plentiful, atmosphere was great and attentive staff but €19 for simple wok stir fried prawns... Passion fruit martinis were ace!! Great central location off Grafton St too.

We were a bit earlier ( 7:30 p.m.) as we booked via their site at 8:30 p.m. I explain we booked later but we are here and our son 7 years getting tired. First the restaurant manager, a beautiful Asian woman checked my phone nr, a Dutch mobile nr +316...she couldn't find ,a male colleague took over as she she... More

Having lived in Thailand for a number of years, and personally confident in preparing a Thai meal from the basics, I am very critical when it comes to Thai food. The food is an average 'Thai' fusion food and I was not too impressed. People with gluten intolerences may want to reconsider, as one of the person did not feel... More

Visited on a Sunday afternoon...the food is good here and the portions were generous. Cocktail strawberry daiquiri was a highlight. This is a dark room lovely at night I'm guessing. Enjoyed it. Buzzy but not overly slick.

Saba is an outstanding restaurant. Been there 3 times within the last month and would go there again anytime. The starters we had were really good, especially the Duck Roll, the Main (Red Beef Curry) was just AMAZING. You can just feel the love for food and for South East Asia in every bite!

Myself and 7 others had dinner in Saba last Saturday night. A set 3 course meal for €35 each. The starters were fantastic! The main was delicious. Not overly gone on their deserts. Between 8 of us about 4 had desert, there were 4 bottles of wine, 5 cocktails and a few liquors. It was a hefty bill at the... More

One if these days went to Saba. It is conveniently located in the center of Dublin, on Clarendon street. I've ordered black pepper squid to start with. Very positive impression. Then followed Phad Khing wok with beef and a glass of pino griggio. Completely satisfied. Service was very friendly, sometimes annoyingly friendly.
