Came for lunch this weekend with a friend. When we arrived, it was quiet but as the afternoon went on it got busier and you could see how buzzing it would be in the evening. Food was fresh and light. I had the Saigon noodles and my friend had a dish of egg noodles, chicken and sweet basil. Lots of... More

This is my second review as an update to my first. In Dublin last week and ended up going to Saba twice!!! The cocktails are excellent, very well mixed. We had one of the best mixed Negronis ever.Well done. Similarly the food continues to achieve a high standard of authenticity. Great flavours. Tender meat, crunchy veggies. I recommend trying the red... More

My boyfriend and I popped in to saba last Sunday for lunch, this was our first time there, to be honest we think it was over rated! We ordered the duck spring rolls and was disappointed as the vegetables were dried out and a bit tasteless. I ordered a noodle dish with chicken and also there was a bad taste... More

Certificate of Excellence from TA and also recommended in Michelin. So we had high expectations. But whilst the food was quite nice, it wasn't memorable. The cuisine is Thai/Viet, and as we live in South East Asia we know good from bad from indifferent. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and the staff were quite (but not very) attentive.

The food is superb and the waitress that was serving us was very attentive. She had great recommendations for us and when the food came out we were not disappointed. It was a very enjoyable evening.

On a mid-week evening in early January I needed a good restaurant with a good buzz for entertaining corporate visitors. I had been to Saba before and knew this would fit the bill on a night when town was dead. I wasn't disappointed. Groups, couples, people on their own - all ages were here. It was probably 80% full and... More

Great fun, a buzzy lively bistro atmosphere with very friendly efficient staff. Food delicious and in large portions. I recommend the pepper squid!!! Tip : they star rate the food for spicyness - go one lower than you would normally, their food is Oh So Hot !!!

Went with 10 others for a pre Christmas/old work mate reunion. Set menu had plenty of choice and all of the food was of excellent quality. Despite being extremely busy the staff were very efficient and remembered special orders and requests. Will definitely return when we are next in Dublin.
