This was our first time to eat at Bang restaurant. Overall the food was amazing. Service was excellent. Value for money was poor. We chose from the A La Carte menu. My husband chose: Fivemiletown Goat’s Cheese, Connemara Air Dried Ham, Peach, Local Fine Beans, Fresh Almond, Hazelnut, Fennel Emulsion – EUR 12 - sounds like a lot of food... More

We went for the 6 course tasting menu and we found it expensive for what it was. We ordered the parent wines and we were very dissapointed when the wines did not arrive at the same time of the dishes. On one, we had to wait 5 mins for the wine to arrive. Finally, 12% service charge is a bit... More

My wife and I went out for a quiet meal for two and we opted for a meal in Bang, based on recent recommendations. We were not disappointed. We had booked last minute and had a reservation for 9pm, which we regretted afterwards, because we felt it was too late to order the 7-coure tasting menu. And with the quality... More

Bang was recommended to us as a spot to enjoy Dublin outside of the main tourist spots. Lunch was fantastic and was so good we made reservations for the next evening to return. Delicious.

I had an excellent meal here with a group of friends. My starter was goats cheese. My main course was lamb. Portions were quite small but of a very high quality. Side orders of excellent french fries and vegetables arrived as quickly as we requested them. Brown bread was warm and tasty.

When the concierge says 'They're reinventing...' and pick food of your choice I tend to cringe. Usually it means lots of ingredients painfully stacked like bad architecture on your plate. Not so with Bang. Their food was fresh, fun and elegant. Somehow two 1" squares of grilled corn with my chicken did not offend. It was spot on as was... More

We had dinner here recently and the food was very good. We had the sausage appetizer which was delicious. I ordered the cod which was good although too salty in my opinion. My husband really enjoyed his steak and chips. The raspberry chocolate bar was good. That night the restaurant became very crowded and they seated everyone but it took... More

We had a great time at Bang. The menu offered great variety and some good value wines. The food and service were very good and the atmosphere was modern and vibrant. The filet, salmon and lamb all were well prepared and tasty. Dark chocolate desert was a strong ending to the evening.

My wife and I had a wonderful meal at Bang! Lovely starters -goat cheese salad and duck sausage, respectively. Main plates of filet of beef and monkfish we're also great. Very attentive service and guidance from Philip who made our evening. The owner is lucky to have such a talented young man at Bang. Thanks for a delightful evening in... More
