Experienced and friendly staff.Lovely food and wine. Dined here twice and enjoyed everything. The lady is super efficient seemed to accommodate every one who came in without a booking even though it was super busy. Mussels, salmon, steak were all excellent. Thankyou for the birthday desert!

Absolutely would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Dublin, was one of the best meals we've had and the service was excellent. Prices are reasonable considering the location and the standard of food, plus the atmosphere was spot on as well.

We hadn't booked a table and it was packed inside.....but it was where a friend wanted to eat for his birthday meal. We waited for a little bit and were told that there were some people who had just ordered dessert and if we came back in 30 minutes we would be seated. This was at 7.45. The 4 of... More

During our 3 day's stay in Dublin we visited some of the most adverticed pubs, and here we had lunch:fish&chips and soup of the day together with Guiness. When weshould pay we first received the wrong bill( a small excuse very busy)

We walked in for a meal on a Thursday night after wandering around Temple Bar for a while. We picked well! Staff were friendly and welcoming and we were seated quickly. We chose mussels and seafood chowder for starters, and irish stew and fillet steak cooked in whiskey for mains. All were excellent, very tasty food. We also ordered a... More

we asked the server at Guinness where to have dinner and he just went on and on about The Shack. We weren't sure as it was in a super touristy area. Thankfully he was as convincing as he was that we have to go here. The service was fantastic and the food was even better. Great menu choices. I will... More

A great location in Temple Bar a small intimate restaurant with friendly staff. The service was good and although the choice was limited the food was good. We used the 2 for 1 offer from city sightseeing. Great value

The staff was unfriendly, wasn't smiling and didn't checked if everything was okey during our lunch. I also work as a waitress and I consider this is a very important part of our job. Despite this, the food was goergeous and great value for the price. Also nice decor. I may go back.

Intimate and cosy atmosphere. Good menu selection; we had mussels and deep fried Brie for starters, mussels were excellent and you got a LOT of brie! Had chicken and venison sausages for main; sausages were deliciously meaty. Had the half bottle of red wine which was quite bitter. Bill totalled £50 which was reasonable.
