The outside of this pub is so charming that it absolutely lures you in. It was a Monday night and the place was packed & had a festive feel to it. My husband and I found a table & ordered our drinks, our waitress was very attentive. There was live music playing, but afraid the crowd wasn't very lively, was... More

We visited the Temple Bar area of Dublin and lunched here. The sandwiches we had were all very tasty and quite large. The musician performing was a pleasure to listen to. The place has a certain charm and the overall effect was very good.

The Temple Bar in the Temple Bar area. It is a typical Irish bar and restaurant, with some live performers and a huge crowd after 6, make sure to go early or thirsty (so you can enjoy a few Guinness's while you wait!)...and the beers was more expensive here!

What a great place, the place my girlfriend also had her first pint of guiness. This place is a must for any tourist we came for a 3 or 4 drinks and loved it. The atmosphere was brilliant with 2 sides to the bar one with live music the other with the Tvs on. We had a great time visiting... More

What a wonderful place to come for lunch, read up on the place itself and learned about its origin on how it came to be, something I never knew. Bar was lovely staff could not do enough for you and the food was really really very nice and well worth the money would come again defo

Had Carrig (local Irish craft lager) and the #78 sandwich: toasted chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese & mayo on recommendation from the bartender. Excellent beer, yummy sandwich and friendly environment!

The menu was great for lunch. 30+ sandwiches with a festive atmosphere. I ordered the smoked salmon plate and it was lovely. They also gave us a couple packs of Temple Bar playing cards that are now a nice souvenir.

What I really like about Temple bar are all the urban shops, street artist and local bands. If you want to listen to Irish music it is the best place to go. Unfortunately drinks are more expensive (at least 2 euro more for a pint than in rest of Dublin) and you will find only tourists in the area. If... More

visited during the day and bought the Temple Bar's famous sandwiches - so tasty. Ham and grainy mustard was incredible and they have a HUGE selection on their menu. Visited at night for drinks and a sing song - great fun.
