beautiful café, possibly the most beautiful I have ever seen, but the food was dire. I had ordered a bowl of chicken wings which came with weapons grade chilli sauce poured thickly all over them, very salty and inedible - to be fair they were exchanged without quibble and quickly. the staff were most pleasant as in most places in... This is a bar and restaurant in Dublin and is a nice place to eat, day or evening. I love the interiors and has a very French ambiance.

This place has a really crazy decor. Every room is some bizarre mix of jungle/Egyptian/art deco - super cool. The food here is not bad, but also nothing spectacular. Mostly sandwiches/burgers/chicken wings. We came on a Monday night, and there was some Frank Sinatra-style singer around 9pm. On the upside, the guy was a pretty good singer. On the downside,... Loved this "cafe en seine", beautiful decor, lovely staff, fantastic food, we went a couple of times, Sunday afternoon when they have jazz on is fantastic, not a great lover of jazz but really enjoyed this, limited food menu on Sundays which is a shame cause their steak and ale pie is to die for.

Visited while on holiday in Ireland, delightful decor, great menu, and very accommodating staff. Visited twice during our week long stay which says a lot. Cocktails were really good as well. Would definitely be on our itinerary if we returned to Ireland again.

A rather eccentric lady recommended this place last year when we were in Dublin so next time we were in the city I put it on our to do list. When you enter the interior strikes you.Art nouveau light fittings, large grand mirrors, statuary etc.Its like being transported back to early 20th century paris, budapest or prague. The menu is fairly standard and the food... We had been told about the Cafe en Seine by several friends so when we were walking past we decided to pop in and take a look...........Wow what a spectacle!!!!!!!!! Lots of floors to explore with many nooks and crannies all furnished with quite OTT decadence. It was wonderful. Even the toilets are splendid. We decided to stay for a... More

I love going to this place for a cocktail with the girls or my boyfriend. The decor is unlike anything in Dublin and with cocktail deals and jazz music you are transported back to a different era.

Wandered in on spec. Arrived about 6pm on a Saturday and it was busy already. Got much busier later. Food was impressive - had the catch of the day (salmon pan fried) and it was superb and well presented and reasonably priced (18 euro). The Guinness was great too! A lot of people only came in for a drink -... More
