I first went here for the World Cup Final. Had a fun night and was well looked after by the knowledgeable bar staff. Wow, these guys know their beers. Went back to try their food - alone as I'm in Dublin on business - and wow they studiously ignored me. I persevered and eventually got a pork and mash with... More

We had 2 sampling trays, each with 3 different beers. 1 tray contains a pint in total, so €5.5 is a good price. The interior is really nice, we had a cozy table under the stairs. The service was also fast. Go here if you want to try beer. They have lots of other beers too from all over the... More

We have eaten here during our stay in Dublin 3 times. They have awesome beef burgers and great spareribs. The deserts (whem you have some space left over) are yammie! Besides of that they have 10 draught beers from their own brewery. You can tase 3 of them for €5,50. Quick and friendly service. Reasonably pricing for the location and... More

Went for lunch and tried some of their beers. Fantastic! The food was good as well, so we obviously stayed for a few more pints afterwards

There was a great beer selection here, although I opted to try a sampler of the house brews. For 5 euros, I got to try sample sizes (approximately 5 ounces) of four of the house stouts. All of them were very good, but the Plain Porter and Oyster Stout were my favorites. The food was acceptable but nothing amazing (I... More

Good food and great beers! Was referred here by the hotel - great time and great beer! It is a very comfortable bar to sit, chat and enjoy. The food is pretty good as well. Service was quite slow. It was not busy when we walked in and several servers walked by us numerous times before anyone stopped by. I... More

We stopped off here on a Saturday afternoon, so the place was quite full but the atmosphere was good. It is on the edge of Temple Bar (which we decided was not a nice place) but it does not seem to get the typical Temple Bar Crowd. After a bit of a discussion with the barman (Brian) I went for... Owned by a local microbrewery. Fantastic beers - very knowledgeable staff! My boyfriend had a pint of the 7% and he was pretty merry after finishing it! The food was a step up from average pub grub - really generous portions and well complemented by delicious, refreshing beer. Good value, good food, great service. Would return.

Great brewed beer and overall selection of drink and food. Best part is the live music and multi level venue. Saw world class bands almost everytime I visited.
