Porterhouse does not disappoint

This is a great Gastropub. Actually all the Porterhouse pubs are good. They serve a great selection of draft and craft beers and their own brews. The food is excellent and the surroundings convivial. But hurry it's always busy but worth the wait if you have to wait for a table.

The food was good and service fine but when the live music started we were unable to hear ourselves talk because of the huge speakers directed at the dining area. We weren't the only diners to pay our bills and leave asap.

Great Irish food, music, ales, interior design creating a very comforting exciting atmosphere. Good portions of food when accompanied by a pint of your choice from the many on tap.

We were stumbling around Dublin waiting for our hotel to be ready after getting off the early morning flight and stopped here for lunch and a pint. Beer was great and our lunch was incredible. Loved the décor and the staff was very helpful.

Had dinner with a group of three. We shared a mixed platter of everything; the ribs could have been also roasted, not only cooked, but the chicken wings were great. Steaks ordered medium came out well done. Pot of mussels was excellent. The beers of the brewery - this must be one of the rare places without Guinness in Dublin... More

Awesome beer, awesome food. Excellent view from the window upstairs. Nice atmosphere and music was rock mostly. Hop beers are deadly. Nice Porter too.

This is the second time I've been here and we love it. They have a huge variety of drinks and have the amazing 'Plain Porter' stout. The food was average, but the drinks make up for it! We had a Cajun chicken burger and chicken skewers and fries. The atmosphere is great, with live music and cool decor. We'd come... More
