We regularly go to Porterhouse in Covent Garden, London, so it seemed rude not to give it a go while we were in Dublin! We weren't disappointed. It still had the quirky interior with plenty of levels and the live bands were just amazing! Food was plentiful and of good quality and the staff were very friendly.

I've been twice here, and I have to admit that their vegetarian burger is the best that I've tried ever. It is huge, with lots of ingredients and very tasty. The salad and fries beside are really nice too. I 100% recommend it!! The beers are very good too!

Being from out of town, our friend chose this location because it was close to our hotel. It is a multi story pub that was very busy. Getting a seat anywhere or even pushing your way to the bar was a great feat. Service was slow and not much in following up if you needed something else, or how our... More

Must see pub in Dublin for every tourist or visitor. The Stage between the floors is just amazing. It gets really busy, due to the central and touristic location, still is a great place to go for a drink and enjoy live music. Getting the selection of beers to taste, might be a great idea if you are unsure of... More

We visited the Porterhouse with friends and were pleasantly surprised to find that the Porterhouse is more than your typical irish pub. With an incredible number of beers on offer the Porterhouse also offered an amazing selection of irish craft beers - with a tasting tray of 3 available for 5 euros. A bit of a strange layout but a... The interior is very unique; winding with nooks, half floors, an atrium, and beer bottles from all over the world. As soon as we entered we felt welcomed by the staff who quickly seated us at the bar, got us much needed beers, and put us on a waiting list for a table. The bartender was knowledgeable about the beer... More

Besonders gut: Plain Porter, Oyster Stout,... More

The layout is a bit odd and it can get VERY busy but for good reason this is a great bar that hosts great live music! Food is nice, bit over priced but definatley worth a try if you are there! Fantastic craft beers-especially their "black stuff"-far superior to Guiness I believe!

The Porterhouse in Temple Bar had a wonderful layout across 3 levels (4 including a split level) that are all cleverly brought together by a small (very small!) strategically placed stage that can be viewed on all levels. The band and atmosphere was amazing (especially for a Monday night), and the Porterhouse's own delicious craft beer range (on tap) kept... More

Excellent food, so nice to have a lighter choice of food compared to everywhere else in Temple Bar! Such reasonable prices, great choice with lovely surroundings and great service. Will defiantly make this our new favorite to visit when in Temple Bar again!
